PARKING INFO:
Reservation does NOT include any parking fees/passes. The Caribe HOA requires all guests to register and purchase parking passes directly from the HOA on-site on day of arrival. This is also how you pick-up your resort access key to check-in to condo.
Parking is for 2 total vehicles max and Parking Fee is PAID ON-SITE! Parking fees are not included in reservation total and decided by the building HOA. Current cost: $ 25 /per vehicle.

HOUSE RULES:
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security.
* The Caribe Resort is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies.
