Caribe 1208C est une unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec un balcon privé donnant sur le col de Perdido. Cette unité est située au 12e étage de la Tour C. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi et douche séparée en carrelage, TV écran plat et lecteur DVD. La deuxième chambre a un lit King, TV écran plat et lecteur DVD, avec accès à la salle de bain, y compris une baignoire jacuzzi et une douche combo. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon pour dormir plus. Cette unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.

Caribe Resort est situé juste à l'est du col Perdido à Orange Beach. Les équipements de l'établissement comprennent 3 piscines extérieures, 3 piscines intérieures, une rivière paresseuse, 2 toboggans aquatiques, toboggan aquatique pour enfants, 3 bains à remous intérieurs, ses saunas, des quais de pêche, un espace barbecue extérieur, une navette pour la plage, un terrain de pétanque, 3 des courts de tennis éclairés, un putting green et un centre de fitness. Had to make 2 trips to Liquid Life for key and they still didn't work. Had to make 3rd trip to another condo to get rekeyed. And in addition to what was shown as the total charges, another $100+ was charged by VRBO

Phoenix VI

I stayed at Phoenix VI while the rest of my family were at Turquoise Place. To say there is no comparison between the two properties is putting it mildly. The Phoenix VI is grossly outdated and in terrible need of some updating. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but so dated that I was embarrassed to have my family join me there. The only great feature were the beach views from the balcony and of course fact that the property was on the beach.

Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved the outdoor pools (super cold) and the twisty slides! The beds were super comfortable, and the parking was great!! There is an assigned spot in the parking ramp near the elevators! We really lucked out with this location. I just wish there would have been more seating options on the balcony. We chose not to sit on the only chaise lounge for fear it would break!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was a littleDissatisfied with the stay this time. The bedding was dirty we had to wash before even sleeping.There was no toilet paper in the dispensers at all and we got in late and Walmart was closed soWe couldn’t get any until the next day. There were roaches all in saunas and around hot tubs so we couldn’t even use. When returning my keys on Friday morning upon coming into the lobby two customer service reps sitting there just looked at me no friendliness hey good morning nothing...

Beautiful place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is beautiful, clean and spacious!! We loved the Caribe resort as well. We played tennis and bocce ( you can use their equipment - they just hold your ID until you return it. You get it from building B at the front desk) The weather wasn’t warm enough for us to use the swimming pools as it was very windy during our stay but there were several kids enjoying it 🙂 Getting to the beach is a hike but it is great exercise! The only negative was the lack of necessities that are supplied ( only enough detergent to wash one small load of laundry and only enough dishwashing liquid to wash one load of dishes. We finally found one hand soap for 2 bathrooms and I think that was only there because someone had left it there in one of the cabinets. No salt/pepper. It is still a WONDERFUL place to stay. Just be prepared. We loved the furniture and decor and the kitchen is amazing! Would love to come back sometime when the weather is a little nicer ❤️

Michigan to Orange Beach

Enjoyed our 3 week stay. Just the wife and I. Very spacious . condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf and Perdido Bay. A few minor maintenance issues with the bathrooms. Unable to use the tubs. Also, the shower and tubs were not cleaned prior to our arrival to we bought cleaning supplies and cleaned them both. Management and staff for the property were very cordial and helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Over all property and condo was nice.

Disappointed that the pictures showed a table on the balcony. Table had a broke leg. Could not use and have dinner on the balcony. Ceiling fan in family room only worked in winter mode and the main light had to be on when fan was on.

Love Caribe!

Overall.....really great! Loved the view from 12th floor! Everything was clean. But, noticed a couple of electrical outlets in kitchen and bar area not working and 1 in MBR. Also, appears some former water damage on ceiling in LR. And, bottom of bar area has some missing wood trim pieces. (I wanted owner to be aware if they aren’t already). But, I would definitely come back! Great trip! Thanks!

Worst stay ever!

They threatened to boot our vehicles everyday of our stay even though we had paid for passes! Very harassing by security with incorrect communication. Worst trip ever! Condo floors were filthy! Hot water didn’t work in the master bath, wine frig didn’t work, old rusty cheap metal chairs on balcony and master bed squeaked horribly!
