This spacious and light-filled two-bedroom residence is designed for comfort, functionality, and relaxation. The open living area flows seamlessly into a fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to cook, dine, and unwind while enjoying beautiful water views. Sliding doors open to a delightful private deck furnished with lounge seating—perfect for morning coffee, evening wind-downs, or simply taking in the scenery.



The primary bedroom serves as a serene retreat, featuring a walk-in closet, a large en-suite full bathroom with a soaking hot tub, a dedicated work desk, and a smart TV for added comfort. - As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs a lease agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

-Gym/Shared Amenities are on the 5th floor. Cameras in common spaces like lobbies, elevators, garage, and amenity rooms.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
