Welcome to Sunny Side Up, a thoughtfully curated two-bedroom home combining timeless mid-century style with a private backyard designed for long South Florida days. Walk to Wilton Drive, spend the afternoon beside the pool, cook dinner in the covered outdoor kitchen, then end the night in the jacuzzi or around the fire pit. With a king primary suite, queen guest room, and indoor-outdoor spaces made for gathering, it’s an easygoing retreat in the heart of Wilton Manors.



The Space:

PRIMARY BEDROOM

The primary suite features a king bed, large Smart TV, and its own private en suite bathroom, creating a comfortable retreat within the home.



GUEST BEDROOM

The second bedroom features a queen bed and large Smart TV, making it a comfortable setup for another couple, friends, or family members traveling together.



BATHROOMS

In addition to the primary en suite, a second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the bedrooms.



LIVING ROOM

The living room is arranged with conversation in mind, offering comfortable seating and views toward the pool just outside. It’s an inviting place to gather over drinks, relax after a day out, or simply enjoy the home together.

The living room also includes a Smart TV. Please note that this TV is smaller than those found in the bedrooms.



BAR & LOUNGE

Just off the entry, a dedicated bar paired with lounge chairs sets the tone for Sunny Side Up. Mix a drink before dinner, settle in for a conversation, or ease into the evening here before making the short walk to Wilton Drive.



KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area, making it easy to prepare meals without feeling separated from the rest of your group. Cookware, dishes, appliances, and everyday essentials are provided for everything from quick breakfasts to dinner at home. The adjoining dining area provides a comfortable place for shared meals, morning coffee, or spreading out with a laptop when you need to get some work done.



PRIVATE BACKYARD & HEATED POOL

Step outside and the backyard becomes the heart of Sunny Side Up. A large private pool anchors the space, surrounded by sun loungers and lush bamboo that creates a secluded, resort-like atmosphere. Spend the afternoon in the water, stretch out in the sun, or simply enjoy having your own tropical outdoor space just steps from the living room.



The pool and entire backyard are completely private to your group during your stay.



JACUZZI & FIRE PIT

As evening arrives, slip into the jacuzzi for a relaxing soak or gather around the fire pit beneath the South Florida sky. Jacuzzi heating is complimentary with your stay, so it’s ready to be enjoyed without an additional heating charge.



OUTDOOR KITCHEN & DINING

A covered outdoor kitchen makes cooking and dining outside part of the experience. Prepare a meal, gather together outdoors, and enjoy the warm Florida evenings without having to head inside. An outdoor shower is also located beside the pool, perfect for rinsing off after a swim. Instructions for operating the jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen are provided in the welcome book.



LOCATION

Sunny Side Up is within walking distance of Wilton Drive, putting restaurants, bars, nightlife, cafés, and local favorites within easy reach without needing to drive. When you’re ready for the ocean, Fort Lauderdale Beach is approximately a 10–15 minute drive away. Whether your plans involve nights on Wilton Drive, days at the beach, or simply staying home and enjoying the backyard, Sunny Side Up gives you plenty of reasons to slow down and stay awhile.



GOOD TO KNOW



Pool & Jacuzzi Heating: Jacuzzi heating is complimentary with your stay. Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per day and must be purchased for the full length of your reservation.



Pool Service: The pool is professionally serviced 1–2 times per week between approximately 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to maintain water quality and cleanliness. A technician may briefly enter the private backyard during your stay to complete routine service.



Mature Landscaping & Pool Debris: The backyard is surrounded by mature tropical landscaping, so you may occasionally notice leaves or other natural debris in the pool between professional services. This is a normal part of the outdoor environment and does not affect the cleanliness or safety of the pool.



Living Room TV: The Smart TV in the living room is smaller than the TVs in the bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature larger Smart TVs for guests who prefer a bigger screen.



Tropical Environment: South Florida’s warm climate means you may occasionally encounter insects, lizards, or other small wildlife, even with regular professional pest control. If you notice anything that needs attention during your stay, please let us know so we can take care of it promptly.



Pets: Pets are welcome for a $120 fee per pet. Please pick up after your pet, including in the private backyard.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $35 per hour, subject to availability. Because availability depends on our cleaning and reservation schedule, we typically cannot confirm these requests until the day of arrival or departure.



Luggage Drop-Off: Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate luggage drop-offs or storage outside of your confirmed check-in and check-out times.
