The Space: Walk in through your private keyless entry to this luxurious suite. The upscale white wingback king bed with faux leather upholstered headboard, quality bedding and modern white nightstands with touch control table lamps and USB power strips for phone charging highlight the sleeping space. The oversized bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and a separate newly renovated walk-in shower with a shower system w/LED lighting, temperature display, gentle rainfall shower head and 6-function massage system with body jets, a shower dispenser with body wash, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer. The living space features a kitchenette that includes a water cooler system providing hot and cold filtered water, a 3.2 cu. Ft. mini fridge and freezer, microwave, Keurig K-Express single server coffeemaker with coffee k-cups, sweeteners and creamers, melamine dinnerware set, acrylic drinkware, acrylic stem wine glasses, silverware and ice bucket. Also included is a sofa, 40” HD Smart TV with Chromecast built in, access to Netflix account, WiFi. Control the temperature in your suite using the Nest thermostat, which controls the brand new central air conditioning/heating system that only services the suite. Access During Your Stay: Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine or cocktails in your private sitting area or by the heated, saltwater pool. There are chaise lounges and other sitting areas by the pool, umbrellas for shade, an outdoor shower to rinse off before/after pool use and pool towels are provided. There is a separate sitting area in the back yard for your smoking convenience as smoking isn't allowed inside the suite or on the patio or pool area. The interior of the suite is a totally separate space with no access to the rest of the home on either side of the unit. The pool and patio area is for your private use. Things To Know: - Check out the very accommodating Check In & Check Out times!! - This is a private home with owner living on premises. - Please be respectful to the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum while enjoying your stay. - No smoking (including vaping) is permitted inside the unit, patio area or poolside. There is a designated sitting area in the back yard area for your smoking convenience. - No pets are allowed. - No events, parties or large gatherings. Consult with owner for additional visitors outside of the registered guests. -

EXTERIOR CAMERAS are located in the front of the home and inside the poolside gate area for the safety of the owner and guests. POOL RULES: - No diving or jumping in the pool at any time. - No glass is permitted poolside. Acrylic dinnerware, drinkware and stemware is provided for your convenience. - Amplified music may be played at a comfortable volume. - 4 pool towels are provided in the unit. Please return towels to the unit after use. - An outdoor shower is provided with hot and cold water. Feel free to rinse off before and/or after using the pool.
