Vous pourrez profiter de belles vues sur le canal Ala Wai et Ko'olau montagne de cette 23e étage condo bien équipée d'une chambre (553 sq. Ft., Plus véranda) avec AC central dans l'un des condominiums de premier ministre de Waikiki, Four Paddle. Lumières de la ville scintillent dans la nuit!

Situé sur le côté froid du bâtiment, le salon a des planchers en bois stratifié, un nouveau 55 TV "Smart écran plat (avec chaînes de sports et de musique), lecteur DVD, canapé-lit queen, et laveuse / sécheuse; la v��randa peut accueillir deux. La cuisine complète récemment mis à jour (8/15) avec lave-vaisselle et petit déjeuner bar, dispose d'un filtre d'eau sur la machine à glaçons.

La chambre a un lit king et 40 "TV à écran plat. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche de plain-pied (pas de baignoire) avec une baguette de douche à main.

Inclus dans votre location: parking couvert gratuit pour un véhicule ainsi que WiFi, les appels locaux et les appels vers les États-Unis continentaux et au Canada.

Dean & DeLuca marché gastronomique est situé juste en face du Ritz-Carlton, tout comme le haut de gamme de renommée Sushi Sho, le premier endroit à l'extérieur du Japon. Vous êtes également à distance de marche des commerces et des restaurants de Waikiki Beach Walk et à seulement dix minutes à pied de la plage!

It is equipped with everything we needed. We also liked its location, quiet but only few minutes walk to the Waikiki beach. The building is well managed and maintained too. It felt like home.

Perfect Waikiki Rental

I did a fair amount of cooking and the kitchen had everything I needed (pots, pans, utensils, even a small slow cooker).- It was conveniently located. I walked down to Waikiki beach frequently and had easy access to the rest of the island with the car I parked onsite.- It has a fantastic view. The balcony was a great place to sit and read or eat a meal.I'd be more than happy to stay here again on my next visit.

The appliances were all high end. Loved the ice maker and the modern washer/dryer to mention a few. I must admit I prefer the sunny side of the building, the lanai being in the shade was cool. Not a big complaint to be sure.

Nicely situated in waikiki

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was located in a central area on Waikiki, convenient to beaches, shopping and dining. It offered a great view and was very nicely finished with great furniture that was very comfortable and a fully equipped new kitchen and bath. We had a beautiful open pool deck and full service outdoor dining area equipped with grills, refrigerator microwave and sink. We stayed for a month and made use of this area several times for family cookout get togethers. A big advantage was that parking was available at no additional cost. We also made use of the free visitor parking on several occasions during our stay. Our property manager was quite accommodating snd very helpful. The building is very secure, clean and feels like a home away from home.

The unit was more than adequately furnished and the owners also left a notebook of restaurants, trails, activities, and info about the apartment. My husband is a walker and he really enjoyed the trail guides. His favorite was the trip around Diamond Head. We enjoyed the beach chairs,beach towels and having the laundry facilities. The unit is clean, comfortable and has a great mountain, canal view.The swimming pool was pretty cold but we enjoyed the hot tub. Everyone we met here was friendly and helpful and being on the bus route was a big plus to us because we didn't rent a car. The distance to the beach, stores and shopping was minutes. Paul from Captain Cook helped us with a few problems and answered our calls promptly. Thanks for sharing your lovely apartment!

Reviewer Comments: This was our most enjoyable Hawaii vacation because suite #2311 is an exceptionally well equipped,tastefully decorated,clean and comfortable apartment with beautiful mountain views and cool breezes due to the northern exposure.We were happy to not ever being forced to turn on the air conditioning system.We think everybody would be pleased to spend time here;it feels like being home.
