Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the area, as the neighborhood is residential and spread out. Ample driveway parking is available at the home. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for trips into downtown Austin, which is about a 15-minute drive. Kayaks and paddleboards are also available for enjoying Lake Austin right from your backyard.

Can the pool be heated?

Yes. Pool heating is available for a $200 propane add-on fee, which includes up to 14 hours of heating. Once the fee is paid, guests may use that heating time at their discretion during their stay. No refunds will be issued for unused propane or unused heating time.



Is use of the boat dock included?

Guests are welcome to enjoy the upper deck of the boat dock. The boat mooring area is not available for guest use. Kayaks and other small watercraft may be secured to the walkway using the cleats provided. Because the home is located on a narrow inlet, it is not suitable for docking large boats.
