Master bedroom has king bed and master bathroom has a dual marble vanity with a marble tiled shower. The other two guest rooms both have king size beds and the 4the bedroom has a bunk bed with queen and twin on top. Guest bathroom has a marble vanity and a marble tiled shower. Recent upgrades include new wood plank tile floors, sparkling white quartz countertops, new paint, new baseboards, new kitchen sink. House is very clean everything is like new and has all the amenities you need including, Wifi, Netflix, Fire TV, Kitchenware, Toiletries, Clean Towels, Comfortable Clean Beds, all will be provided. There is plenty of room for parking all your trucks trailers and vehicles feel free to use the driveway or the gravel area for parking. There is plenty of room here at our vacation rental and plenty things to do with your friends and family here in Lake Havasu city you will never find yourself having nothing less than a great time.
