No noise between the hours of 10PM & 7AM. This is a residential neighborhood, the noise rule is strictly enforced by the City officials

Please keep doors to the patio closed, if left open they will affect the operation of the air conditioning system, which could freeze-up and take up to 24 hours to recover

Please shut off lights & lock doors when leaving the property

Please be advised that dish-ware, glassware, kitchenware and/or utensils have been provided in this home as a guest convenience. These items have been cleaned within this home using ordinary household dishwashing facilities & agents. They have not been sanitized according to Federal & State standards for public service establishments

This property includes an internal Minut smart device to measure noise levels over 85 decibels. It does not have a camera but measures only volume levels throughout the home and outside.

This property features 1 exterior security camera on the front doorbell facing the front entry. The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion

Please do not put the following in toilets: paper towels, sanitary products, baby wipes & other cleaning wipes as they will clog the pipes, and you could be responsible for the cost to clear the sewer line
