Enjoy a seamless flow between the dedicated office space, central living room, spacious dining room, and stunning chef-inspired kitchen that features a huge island with seating for four, quartz counters and a full-suite of stainless steel appliances. Soak in the endless summer views through double glass doors where you will find a fully fenced lush tropical backyard oasis with swaying palm trees, outdoor dining area, chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, and sparkling focal-point pool with imported marble decking.

Back inside, three spacious bedrooms with king-size beds dressed in luxury Brooklinen sheets provide a peaceful and private haven for rest and relaxation. Each bedroom offers ceiling and table fans, blackout and solar shades, dressers, and ample closet space with luggage racks, hangers, and clothes hampers. Notably, one of the bedrooms can be transformed from a king-size bed into two twin XL beds upon request, and the living room sofa also offers a full sized pull-out bed, catering to specific guest preferences.

For those seeking a balanced mix of work and play, a dedicated home office space awaits, complete with wide-screen monitor, and fast WIFI for seamless video conferencing. Plenty of outlets are available to power all of your electronic devices.

Southhouse FTL features a 65 inch smart TV equipped with ROKU and SONOS surround sound, a portable SONOS Roam speaker for music at the beach and by the pool, indoor and outdoor dining for 6-8 people, separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, bath and beach towels, portable beach chairs, basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), hair dryers in each bathroom, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils and dish ware, coffee maker and small appliances, cooking supplies and more. Take Broward BCycle (station is just 3 blocks away) to explore the area like a local or hop on the luxury high-speed Brightline rail (station is just 5 minutes away) for a quick trip to Miami and other south Florida points of interest. Dedicated off-street parking is also provided for up to four cars (size depending).
