Sand Pebbles is located in the heart of the Destin on the quiet and golf-cart-friendly Scenic Gulf Drive and features wide sidewalks for walking and biking plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!

MANY restaurants within walking distance or a short golf cart or car ride away including:
✹ Sandos Beachside is next door, Captain Dave's on the Gulf is across the street, Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, and Pompano Joe's
✹ Camille’s at Crystal Beach, Soleil, Beach Walk Café, Pazzo Italiano, Miller’s Ale House, Ruby Slipper Café, Marble Slab Creamery, Horizon’s and the Rooftop Bar at The Henderson Resort are all ~2 miles away

✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ Dog Friendly! 2 dogs maximum, less than 30 pounds, please keep your dogs off the furniture, $100 pet fee is required.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
