Cette maison en rangée 2BR / 2BA offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe depuis les deux étages. Un mélange de modernité et de style rustique, ce lotissement Townet Surf propose de nombreuses rénovations, dont de nouveaux revêtements de sol, de nouvelles terrasses en front de mer sur les deux niveaux, des salles de bains rénovées et de nouveaux meubles à l'esprit nautique. Profitez de regarder vos émissions préférées en bas sur le canapé-lit confortable et la télévision à écran plat. Dining for for 10 comprend une table à manger pour 6 et un bar pour 4 personnes, des meubles de terrasse à hauteur de bar sur le grand pont en bord de mer, et un emplacement directement sur les dunes du golfe du Mexique invitera tous les membres de votre groupe à revenir à la maison après année.

A l'étage, la suite parentale spacieuse vous attend. Le lit king-size avec un matelas de luxe très haut de gamme, une grande télévision à écran plat et l'accès au balcon à l'étage donnant sur le golfe complètent cette pièce. La deuxième chambre comprend deux lits queen-size avec des matelas haut de gamme de luxe, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bains attenante. Literie de style hôtel blanc propre sur tous les lits.

Sortez sur votre balcon privé qui s'étend sur toute la largeur de la maison. Quiet Surf II occupe une position centrale le long de Scenic Gulf Drive, dans le quartier de Destin. À quelques pas du restaurant de fruits de mer Captain Dave's et du bar et grill Kenny D's Beach. Cette maison de ville se trouve à quelques minutes du complexe de golf et de plage Sandestin, du village de Baytowne Wharf, des magasins Silver Sands Premium Outlets, du parc aquatique Big Kahuna et de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et lieux de divertissement adaptés aux familles.

Cette maison de ville est disponible pour des séjours prolongés pour les snowbirds en hiver. Si vous avez besoin d’espace supplémentaire, nous gérons également Quiet Surf # 8! Beautiful getaway!

Quiet Surf II is a beautiful townhouse located on a pristine shoreline in Destin. The beach and water are stunning! Our party consisted of two couples in their 60s. We loved this place because you literally step out onto the beach from the deck steps! The master suite is amazing and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. This townhouse is close to restaurants and shopping. In fact, there’s a small restaurant called Kenny D’s right across the street. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return!

AMAZING BEACH VIEWS! Quiet Surf #1 was a delight!

Staying at Quiet Surf #1 townhouse was a delight. It had all the amenities for a relaxing getaway over the holidays... a well stocked kitchen, new ceramic cookware, propane grill, books for reading, board games, and 4 extra lightweight folding chairs for the beach. The house was very clean and cozy and definitely right on the beach. The views are awesome as this townhouse is an end unit. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and all the beds had fresh white duvet covers. Frangista Beach Properties provides beach towels and a Keurig as a bonus! I would highly recommend staying here.

Beach Therapy Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach trip was a much needed getaway for my husband and I. Property was clean and comfortable. The beach was literally steps away from our back door. Beautiful view from our bedroom as well as the common family,dining & kitchen area. The beach setup was wonderful. We did have a little problem with the outlets in the bathrooms but info in app told me to check the breakers and problem was solved. The air went out mid week and tech temporarily fixed it and promised to fix next day but storms prohibited him from coming.. luckily the temp fix worked for the remainder of our stay. We received a request to allow pest control to come in but we declined due to personal sensitivities. Wonderful location with great restauants just steps away. We definitely will consider this place for another beach therapy getaway.

"Beachy" Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful "Beachy" place to stay in Destin that is literally steps from the beach. We loved the large deck and deck furniture. The deck is partially covered for shade. There is a closet on the deck filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys. There is a shower head and hose at the bottom of the deck stairs and another hose on the deck. Perfect for washing off the salt water and sand. Beach towels were provided, which was a big plus. The master bedroom is fantastic! The view, the balcony, the bed, the large bathroom are all to die for and could not be beat! We felt so at home. We walked across the street for dinner at Kenny D's. So much fun! So nice and convenient to park in front of the townhome. Frangista Property Management stayed in contact via text/email. If we had needed anything I am certain it would have been taken care of promptly. Our favorite activity this year was riding wave runners in the Destin Harbor and open ocean. One of our favorite memories was sitting on the master bedroom balcony at night with a full moon shinning on the ocean. This really is a special place to stay and I highly recommend this townhome for your next visit to Destin!

Beautiful location

We had a wonderful 1st time in Destin. The rental was very clean and just as described in pics. Loved that there were eating places within walking distance! The property management was superior. Hope to stay again soon!

Exceeded all expectations!

Quiet Surf #1 was amazing. This was our first year branching out from a condo tower we normally stay in and it was well worth it. Check in was as simple as receiving a door code to my phone. Location was perfect and near plenty of restaurants. I will definitely book this place again hopefully next year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were the last renters when the unit was a Newman Daily property.Then it was freshly remodeled, light and bright. The condition of the property has declined seriously since then, sliding door almost inoperable, cheap sink fixture replacements that do not mate to stoppers. The deck was freshly replaced but the old deck was scattered along and under the new deck making it hazardous for young kids. And Kenny D’s across the street is a nuisance. This is not a good location for young children.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My absolute favorite thing about this property is the proximity to the water. You step right off the back porch into the sand and the ocean is directly in front of you. Wow! We didn’t run into any urgent issues that needed addressing during our stay, but the management company was wonderful. AC kept the whole unit nice and cool. There were a few minor issues that probably need addressing sooner rather than later. There was nowhere to hang towels in the guest bathroom upstairs. There was one towel bar above the toilet that was attached to the wall with sticky stuff (not screws) and seemed flimsy. That’s a simple fix. The shower in the master bath leaks onto the floor (I read this in other reviews as well). It’s not a deal breaker, just a pain in the behind, as you have to use multiple towels outside the shower door to soak up the water. The balcony off the master bedroom could use a little maintenance. There were some nails sticking up in several spots. We also saw a couple roaches inside the unit, but I know that’s almost impossible to avoid completely when you’re in the south. The biggest issue would be the noise from the street at night, but that is no fault of the rental company and can be muffled some with a sound machine. My only REAL issue with this rental is that there is a zero refund policy for ANY reason, including natural disasters. You are offered travel insurance upon booking, but it tacks on another $800 or so to an already expensive rental. But the management company is very forthcoming with this information at the time of booking. Overall, the few issues were minor and our week long stay was wonderful! It felt very homey and comfortable. We absolutely were not ready to leave and will likely return to this same unit next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gone are the days of "homey" feeling accommodations...for the most part. Quiet Surf II #1 is the exception. Within minutes of arrival, we felt like this was our own special beach hideaway. With the water's edge just footsteps away, we could enjoy the Gulf in our beach chairs or up on the private deck. And the sunsets were absolutely amazing! We ate several times at Kenny D's across the street, and the food was consistently good. The management company was outstanding, as well. We will definitely book this property again!
