Step into pure throwback fun. This vibrant arcade room features classic stand-up games like NBA Jam, Ms. Pac-Man, and Wheel of Fortune, surrounded by colorful neon wall lighting and playful statement chairs. It’s loud, fun, nostalgic, and a total hit with kids and adults — perfect for late-night tournaments, rainy days, or just soaking in the retro vibes.

**KITCHEN: Fully stocked, featuring countertop appliances such as a blender, air fryer, toaster, Keurig, drop coffee maker. Equipped with all the cups, plates, utensils, and spices needed to prepare and enjoy a perfect home-cooked meal. Seating for 6 at dining room table and 6 more at kitchen bar.


**KID FRIENDLY: We’ve got the little ones covered! Our home is equipped with children’s dinnerware, a baby high chair, a pack n’ play to ensure comfort and safety for your family. Whether it’s mealtime or playtime, we’ve made it easy for parents to relax and enjoy their vacation.

**BEACH ACCESSORIES: Enjoy complimentary floats, chairs, beach towels, and a variety of kids’ beach toys.

**Resort-Style Pool: Enjoy a 33,000 sq/ft heated lagoon-style pool featuring zero edge-entry, cascading waterfalls, lush landscaping, and a relaxing hot tub for the ultimate vacation. Pool heated from 3/1-4/26, and the week Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years. Pool is only 350 ft (1 minute walk) away

**TROLLY: Beach Trolly is FREE and starts 3/1 - 4/26 & 5/23-10/31. House pick up and drop off included.

**PERSONAL SUPPLIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and a blowdryer in each bathroom. We provide a starter pack of the following items. Toilet paper (2 per bathroom), paper towels (1), trash bags (2), and a sponge.

**PETS - We are dog friendly & allow up to 2 DOGS (NO CATS) with a required non-refundable pet fee of $250. Pets must be under 40lbs and house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.

**NO SMOKING: No smoking allowed under any circumstances.

**QUIET HOURS/PARTIES: 10pm-8am. There is a security guard on duty at night, violations of this rule will result in a $200 fine and any parties will result in immediate loss of deposit & you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.

**PARKING: Maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway at one time. There is limited guest parking near the back entrance towards the beach and around the pool area. Additional offsite PAID parking is outside neighborhood.

**CANCELLATIONS: No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages & other things beyond our control.

**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE: Minimum age to book is 25 or older & must be present unless otherwise approved by us. No third party bookings.

**MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: This property is licensed and insured for a maximum of 12 people, children included. This is strictly enforced by the City of Destin and resort.

**CHECK IN / CHECK OUT - Check in is at 4PM, your key code will not work until 4PM the day of check in. Check out is promptly at 10AM. These check in and out times are critical for our cleaners to allow them the time they need to ensure the house is clean, sanitized, and ready to go for the next guest. If the house is available earlier, we will gladly accommodate an early check in.
