At the beginning of Waikiki, the tourist center of Honolulu. Our charming studio in Waikiki is a breezy unit in Hawaiian Monarch building.

Enjoy breathtaking Ocean & Mountain views. Hotel quality sheets, pillows, and air conditioning await you.

Excellent location right across the convention center, about a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 15-minute walk to Ala Moana Mall, very accessible to restaurants and shops.

Fully renovated in September, 2023. Professionally cleaned after each guest.
The lobby provides security. 100% legal VRBO rental.

FLOOR AREA : Approximately 230 SQ FT

This unit features two separate rooms, Units A and B, connected by a common hallway. Both units have their own private entrances, accessed through a shared main entrance door. If only one unit is booked, guests may share access to the main entrance door while still enjoying complete privacy within their respective unit.

An earlier check-in can possibly be arranged. No guaranteed, and early requested needed. Please contact us at around 1pm on the same date to check the status. Luggage drop-off service is available at Security for $5 per piece (rate is subject to change and please confirm with security)

Check out: before 11:00 AM (Please leave both keys in the unit on the table)

Parking:
There is a gated parking garage at a daily rate of $50 (Cash Only). If you`d like to save parking fee, you may take the shuttle from the airport and rent vehicles from 808 Smart Car Rentals downstairs and avail their $20 flat rate parking fee per day. They offer a quick and easy rental process. Feel free to check their website for updates and more details.

Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a quilt.

-Guest paid parking available on site for a fee

Please note that water and power interruptions may occasionally occur due to building management`s maintenance or operational activities, which are standard in most hospitality businesses. These activities are initiated and controlled solely by the building management and are beyond the host’s scope of responsibility. We strive to communicate any announcements promptly; however, such occurrences are not reflective of the host`s service or property upkeep.

Please be aware that occasional noise may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as building maintenance, neighboring activities, or the urban environment. Parcels may be delivered either to the mailbox or held at the security office. However, as we are privately managed, we cannot guarantee secure handling. We suggest shipping your package to the nearest parcel station for reliable pickup. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
