The condo comes with a very spacious lanai (balcony) that invites the fresh Hawaiian breeze with 180° views, comfy queen-sized bed with Diamondhead/Ocean views on the 32F. Large swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQ Grills, picnic tables and a fitness center.

Kindly note: In accordance with Hawaii state law, the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will increase from 10.25% to 11% starting January 1, 2026. For reservations after this date, an additional 0.75% tax adjustment will apply. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this change.
Airbnb Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is free if the guest cancels within 48 hours of booking their reservation, and at least 14 days prior to check-in time listed in the email confirmation. The guest also is able to cancel 7 days prior to check-in for a 50% refund of their nightly rate, as well as the cleaning fee, but they will be charged for the service fee. If the guest cancels less than 7 days prior to check-in or leaves early after check-in they will be charged for the full rate of the initial booking.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers prepaid and non-refundable expenses, as it provides protection against unforeseen circumstances that could potentially impact your vacation plans. This insurance safeguards your investment and helps mitigate any unexpected expenses that may arise.
The Island Colony has a front desk where you will check In. Our company as your host will send your information to register. We will contact you prior to arrival and available during your stay.
We are from the island and will be happy to share great places to see and do! The Island Colony is surrounded by many convenient stores (including in the building`s 6th floor), eateries and boutique shops all within a block. So, walking is great! Also in the same block is the city bus stop called `The Bus` where you can go everywhere on the island. There is also The Waikiki Trolley (fee) that is offered at various pick up points near by. Uber is always an option too!

***Please be informed that the building management follows a mandatory water shut-off schedule every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 9am-12pm only to give way to maintenance services.

Please note that a $1000 fine will apply for any violations of this policy.
