We had an excellent stay at Janna's place. It's very nice, and in a good location in close proximity to Ala Moana Beach park, which is less touristy than Waikiki. Overall the place is well kept, nicely decorated, and as described. We'd definitely stay again.

Perfect Location

Spent 3 amazing nights in Honolulu. The location of the condo was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. Walked along the beach into town and enjoyed some fabulous meals and sunsets. Janna was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

We easily had the best accommodations of all our group on this trip! Gorgeous view of the harbor, walkable to beach, shopping and restaurants. Condo was super clean and comfortable. Boogie board, snorkels and goggles and some sunscreen available to use. Owner was VERY responsive to questions! Would highly recommend and hope this space is available the next time we travel to Oahu <3

Modern look

This place is a very pretty modern looking space. It looked exactly like the picot online. Mostly black and white decor with a splash of color here and there. The building is pretty hard to find, if you're walking. I think the whole block is the same is the same number address.

4 days in paradise

Fantastic location. Great little unit. Janna was responsive to the few requests we had. Parkade rules were confusing though so try to talk to the attendant about day passes. We double paid the first day because we didn’t understand the process.

Ilikai Marina Condo Honolulu

As a couple the condo was perfect for us. The sofa also made out into a second bed. Which would be perfect for a family with a young child, however four adults might find the condo a little too small. Excellent location. We enjoy walking and were very comfortable walking to Waikiki restaurants and taking buses and trolleys to outlying locations, we did not get a rental car . Fireworks from the balcony were a treat. We had a great time!!

Convenient location and updated condo

We have stayed at the Ilikai Marina about 8 times now in a number of different condos. This is one of the nicest. It is impeccably clean with carefully selected furnishings that make it special. It is bright and airy with a very comfortable bed and is updated throughout. We love the location for the proximity to the walking trails of Ala Moana park and the easy walk to swim in the ocean. The only cons are the lower level units (this is 4th floor) seem a bit noisier and there is no oven in the unit.

Location, location, location! and more!

We had a lovely stay here. The place was centrally located and within close walking distance to rent a car. We had intended to just rent a car one day but decided to keep it so we had a bit of a snafu with the parking charges (ended up paying about double what we should have but it was due to our error and the building management would not credit us the difference). There is no parking attendant on site so read all signs carefully, particularly the small one at re-entry.

Waikki Vacation

Spring Break 2024. This condo was PERFECT for a family of four (parents + 2 teens). The location is close to everything in the downtown Waikki area. The lagoon is an easy walk. Nearby is a McDonalds and Hi Brew Coffee shop for easy breakfasts. The teenage girls LOVED the bed in the living area and said it was very comfortable. It was very quiet in the evening and a safe location with gated parking. The room overlooks the marina with amazing views of the ocean using the telescope from the bedroom window. The owner even called to help us with the check in process. the room AC worked perfectly. Wonderful towels and bath robes. Amazing. 5 Stars. The next time we are in Waikki we would love to rent again.

Excellent experience

This was my first VRBO rental and, if all the properties are this nice, I would never use anything else!! The condo was a perfect size for the two of us. My biggest concern is the master mattress in any hotel or condo and the one here was heaven! The decoration was modern, sleek and very comfortable. Janna was very reachable with questions. The location was perfect....walking distance from shopping and restaurants but not in the middle of all the crowds. The beach was 1 block away.....we were there every single day! The only negative I had was on the washer and dryer which was not fantastic and took a long time to finish a cycle. Overall, the condo was perfect....so much so I tried to rent it when we are back in the spring but it is already booked!!!

Great little space

This was a beautiful condo with a good view. The bed was absolutely awesome. Janna had music playing when we got there. I couldn't figure out how to turn it off & picked it up & noticed the Amazon symbol on it. I finally realized it was an Alexa & then we had fun with it (we don't have one, lol.) We didn't really use anything in the condo except the fridge & a few dishes. I do wish there were some plastic glasses bc I'm horribly clutzy & was scared to death I was going to break a dish or glass on the tile floor or glass furniture. The view is good, but if you look down into the water & street, it is nasty. It's overlooking a huge commercial trash can. We did watch the fireworks show on Friday night from the balcony. It was pretty darn good for 10 minutes. Janna left a note & a lei for us. Cons: We found a rusty razorblade, broken straight pin, & broken piece of glass in the bathroom floor, as well as hair. There was paper towel remnants in the shower. It is kind of noisy. We could hear people laughing (probably from the bar downstairs) & cars revving their engines all night. The shower door is super heavy & difficult to move. I couldn't open it at all. My husband had to do it. The shower knobs are confusing. We finally figured it out after the 2nd time using it.

I gave it a three (3) because the balcony was non existent-it’s so small!The property is in a great location! The property is designed wonderful! Exterior hallway needs some cleaning. All and all I would recommend this property!

A lovely stay

We had a pretty good stay. The apartment was cozy, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Overall, everything was fine. The only thing we’d suggest is paying a bit more attention to cleaning — the floors were a bit dusty and there were some crumbs in a couple of kitchen drawers. It didn’t spoil our time there, but we just wanted to mention it.

Beautifully designed condo in a great location. Not a detailed missed, from the white noise machine to lull you to sleep, to the sweet welcome card, pineapple candies, and other thoughtful touches all around the condo. The bed is extra comfy and the views are stunning from the boats in the marina all the way out to the white water ocean views as the waves crash in, all the way around 180 degrees to the gorgeous lagoon views. Plenty of places to eat, drink, play and enjoy the sun without having to drive anywhere. The chart house downstairs was delicious and the live entertainment each night added to our enjoyment. They stop playing early, so you won’t be bothered by the music after 10pm if you want to go to sleep. But you might just want to stay downstairs and enjoy the evening. Janna, was an excellent host and we will be back soon! :)

This property is in an excellent location. There are grocery stores: Food Pantry {2 1/2 blocks away} and ABC Superette {1 block away}. The bathroom is spacious with excellent lighting. The bed is comfy. These are the Pros. The Cons are it is a noisy unit due to live music from the Chart House. If you are young and are out until 10:00 - 11:00 pm, then you are golden. If you plan to in for the night by 8:00 pm then there will be loud street noise until after 11:15 pm. The Host knows this as there is a noise canceling machine, plus 2 pair of ear plugs next to the bed. In addition, the Lanai was closed due to Maintenance Repairs. It had been under repair since March 11th, but the owner didn’t bother to share this information. For a May 2 - 4th booking, this would have been nice to know.

Comfortable, well managed unit

We were disappointed that the "lanai" was off limits due to ongoing remodeling on the building's exterior, but the owner/manager graciously offered a nominal refund. We were impressed by her graciousness and appreciated her understand ing . The unit is very comfortable and well appointed. Great for a restful retreat after a day in Waikiki.
