BEDROOM:

The spacious, private room has a queen-sized bed and a large closet that will easily hold all your clothes and travel gear. Two outlets are conveniently located by bedside tables for easy phone charging. Lockable doors access the main living area and open to the garden patio. Blackout curtains provide darkness and extra sleep privacy. Bedroom has its own climate control (Air Conditioning / AC and Heater) and overhead fan that can both be controlled remotely.

LIVING ROOM:

Seating for five around a flatscreen TV with guest access to various streaming platforms. The sofa easily folds down to a full-sized bed that is great for one adult or two children. The media center has various board games, a record player with music to enjoy. Separate AC/Heater unit with remote controls for easy access.

KITCHEN:

Includes a ZLINE gas oven and range, spacious refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and a sink with disposal. All essential cookware is provided in drawers and upper shelves and there’s plenty of storage space to house groceries and other essentials. The dining table can be easily folded up or down to provide extra room. French doors lead out into the garden patio and left open for extra light and breeze.

BATHROOM:

Tiled shower, vanity and toilet with fresh, clean towels and essentials provided for your use. Extra storage inside the vanity for all your bathroom items.

LAUNDRY:

Washer and Dryer unit included inside the living room closet with detergent for you to use. Collapsable ironing table and iron also located inside.

GARDEN PATIO:

Spacious private patio with table and chairs for your enjoyment. Sweet jasmine blankets the cottage and a peach tree provides extra shade in the hotter months and fresh peaches in the summer!

PARKING:

One parking spot in the home's driveway is included. There is ample street parking with no restrictions during the day. Overnight street parking is available for a small fee to the city which can be easily purchased through a phone app.
