Nouvellement rénové, spacieux et pratique / 1 salle de bain 1er étage appartement de 2 chambres dans 12 bùtiments de l'unité à quelques pas de S Lake Ave. 2 pùtés de maisons au Colorado et Caltech; 1km de la vieille ville et Rose Bowl. Locations mensuelles préférés.

Les deux chambres ont tous les deux trĂšs luxueux,
queen, lits de mousse de mémoire pour un confort étonnant. Les caractéristiques comprennent cuisine mise à jour, salle de bains, espace de rangement, de nouveaux planchers de bois franc, et extra draps / serviettes.

This is residential neighborhood, so please be respectful of your neighbors and refrain from making excessive noise, especially after 10PM. 14. Lovely apartment; great location!

This is a great apartment located a mere block away from South Lake Avenue, which I dubbed the restaurant capital of Pasadena. It's also close to CalTech, and good grocery shopping at Trader Joe's or Pavilion. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, though somewhat sparsely furnished. Glendy was a super host! When a few things in the apartment had problems, I called Glendy and a handyman would appear almost instantly and fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Wonderful Apartment and Responsible Owner

The apartment is what the owner described. Very convenient, close to everything. Reserved parking spot in the garage provides feeling of additional security. I had an issue with the garage opener on the day of move-in. The owner came right away to resolve the issue. I will stay here again. I will definitely recommend to my friends about this apartment.

Filthy

The place was dirty everywhere. The silverware drawer was dirty. The countertops were dirty. The bathroom rug was filthy and we rolled it up. You wouldn't want to step on it with your bare feet. The rug in the living room was worse than any frat house rug. I rolled up it up and put it outside. The next day, when someone came over, after my complaints, he took one look at the rug and told the guy with him to toss it in the dumpster. The bathtub was coated in someone's hairs. It was gross. The furniture was not the furniture in the photo. Beware.

Great Pasadena Location

We enjoyed the convenient location of this apartment, about a half block away from Lake and all the shops and restaurants. It was very quiet at night.

Great last minute stay from Florida

I arrived in L.A. on Saturday with my daughter. We were in town for her dance intensive for 4 weeks. The place we were suppose to originally stay at was not suitable once we arrived. I booked a hotel room, while I searched for long term stay. Everything that was coming up in the search was overpriced and I was not sure about the area since we were from Florida. This place came up and there reviews were good but the last review was months ago, so I was nervous when I booked, especially because funds were withdrawn once the owner accepted immediately. However when we arrived, i was pleased. The apartment was spacious and clean. It could benefit from some updates and the neighbors upstairs kept moving furniture every night and the kids cried a lot and the mother yelled a lot, but it was comfortable and convenient. The location is amazing!!! I have to repeat location was amazing!! The shopping, Randy's doughnuts, and the view. Very close to downtown LA and the dance studio. I would stay here again.

The host was really helpful and patient with us, the place is cute and spacious, and the location is perfect (close to a lot of good food at walking distance). Definitely would stay here again :)

A fine place in a great location

We enjoyed our time at this place. It was a nice apartment in an excellent location with easy access to lots of eats and activities nearby, both by foot and by car. There were a few issues initially at check-in, but Glendy was quick to respond and was able to have things resolved by the second day. The rest of time our time there (30+ days) were without issue. There are a few areas for improvement that would make the overall experience top-notch. We were only provided with a single kitchen trash bag and two rolls of toiler paper for a month-long stay. We don't expect them to provide a month's supply, but a few extras of either should be expected. There were also a few places where it was quite dusty and clearly hadn't been swept/vacuumed in awhile. Duvet covers had stains and/or holes and should probably be replaced. All in all, however, we would stay here again as the location was terrific, the apartment is spacious, the provided parking was a breeze, and Glendy was very responsive. Just bring your own toiletries and be ready to make a supply run shortly after arriving.

Great Property at a Great Location

We stayed for 5 weeks in this property. The location is so strategic - convenient and in a good neighbourhood. The shopping strip is just a walk away and had everything that we needed for: for our grocery, pharmacy, foods - many of them, laundry, and a few fancy restaurants. Glendy is always quick in replying any queries. We will definitely stay in this property again if we have the chance to travel to Pasadena again

Unbeatable location and great management!

Unbeatable location and great management! This location is in the heart of the Pasadena Lake Ave shopping district. You are steps from restaurants, shopping, coffee (including the new Philz Coffee), and many more! The unit is very nice and well maintained and managed. I will definitely be back!
