The house was fantastic, clean, tons of space for our large group, and the hot tub/large living room were perfect for games, relaxing etc. Only thing to be aware of if you bring dogs is there are turkeys wande3ring through the yard constantly so make sure your dogs are always leashed and doors don't get left open.

The house is gorgeous— even more beautiful than the pictures! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the view from the back patio. We also loved seeing the wildlife: elk, deer, chipmunks, birds, and especially the wild turkeys that visited the front yard every morning!The house has plenty to keep everyone entertained, including games, movies, and things to enjoy outdoors. We didn’t bring children, but it would be a wonderful place for a family. We highly recommend it!

It was a good experience, but very disappointed that the hot tub was not working at all during our stay.

This house would be great for a family. One bedroom dedicated to children with a queen bed and bunk beds, movies, VCR, books, and toys. There is also a room off the deck that has a table, futon, and TV. TV in each bedroom and living room has lots of comfortable seating. Bathrooms and entire house was very clean. View of the lake and surrounding area was beautiful. Area within a few miles of downtown and RMNP.

When we arrived we couldn’t believe how great this property is. It’s much bigger than we expected. The views are amazing! Everything was clean and in great condition. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the space and the high ceilings. The kitchen was well stocked. We saw deer in the front yard one morning which was awesome.! Would stay again!

We had an excellent stay! The house was very clean and kitchen well-stocked. The house was in a prime location for accessibility to RMNP and Estes Park. The highlight of our stay was when a herd of elk walked through the yard and we heard bugling!

Great and accommodating house in a quiet neighborhood, but close to town. Deer, elk, wild turkeys…we had so much fun watching them move through the yard. We will likely return to stay here again.

Amazing

This was a wonderful home with everything there you would need. It was very clean and easy to check in and out of. We made a lot of meals there so it was nice to have so many cooking items. The hot tub was wonderful also.

Home away from home!

We had an absolutely wonderful time here. The house was perfect for our family of 6 plus grandma. The kids especially enjoyed all the toys, games, movies and the hot tub. We are looking forward to staying again in the near future.

Love It!

We enjoyed our stay at the Elk Ridge Retreat. Initial access with the keypad was a bit of a challenge but we finally got it. The home was very comfortable. The back deck and hot tub was a bonus and one we used frequently. The extra toys and games for the kids were greatly appreciated. The neighborhood was nice and quite with deer, elk, and turkey wandering through. Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown. A very good stay!
