The house is in Nüdlingen, a tranquil locality surrounded by many hiking and cycling trails, near Bad Kissingen. There something to suit all tastes in this beautiful region of Bavaria, at the heart of Germany.

The house offers a total of three apartments. The apartments are right by the generous garden on three levels, which you have free access to. Garden furniture, seating, a grill and garden chimney are provided. You can relax here and enjoy the wonderful view. Parking spaces are provided.

There are various local shopping facilities. The centre of the well-known spa town of Bad Kissingen is about 5km away. KissSalis, one of the most modern thermal baths in Europe, is just a few minutes away.
