Relax with your loved ones at this family-friendly home just minutes from Lake Powell and situated on Lake Powell National Golf Course. Walk out the back gate to enter onto Rimview Trail. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Minutes away from Wahweap Marina, Antelope Point Marina, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon and Lone Rock Beach! This spacious home can easily sleep 10 and up to 14.

Enjoy the stunning views of the Vermillion Cliffs and the golf course from the great room and backyard patio! The well-appointed kitchen has everything you will need to make family meals after sightseeing or hiking! Or use the large gas BBQ to cook up burgers and brats! At night, enjoy the karaoke machine, play air hockey with the kids or enjoy smore's under the stars by the fire pit or relax in the hot tub.

There is a separate living room with fire place and small dining area for extra space to read or relax.

The master suite with separate jetted tub and walk in shower is upstairs along with a bunk bed bedroom with four twins and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. There is an upstairs bathroom with a combo tub/shower on the upper floor. Both full bathrooms are upstairs.

Guests will have private use of the entire home, outdoor space and garage.

The home is in a residential neighborhood. A short 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk will take you to downtown where you find two museums, a visitor center, the city center park, skateboard park, lighted pickle ball courts, lighted basketball court, a grocery store, hardware store, restaurants and local shopping. Add another 5-minutes to your drive and you will reach the city library, Lake Powell National Golf Course and six lighted tennis courts.

Guests will need a private vehicle for the best experience. The nearest commercial airport is Page Municipal Airport (PGA) served by Contour Airlines. Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) is a regional carrier 2 hours south of Page and currently has two air carriers providing daily nonstop service to Denver, Colorado; Dallas, Texas; and Phoenix, Arizona. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) and Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) are the closest metropolitan area airports and are a 4-5 hour drive from Page.

Avis Rental Car is available at the Page Municipal Airport.

You can walk to downtown from the house. You will need a car to get to tourist sites, Lake Powell, Antelope or Wahweap Marinas and other areas.

- Absolutely no smoking inside or outside. If you smoke, please find another place to stay. We have regular guests with health sensitivity to smoke. Thank you. Fee for smoking or smoke scent is $1,000.
- Undeclared pets on the property will result in a $250 fee.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any visitors must be approved prior to arrival.
- Guests agree to the cancellation policy. If you feel last minute changes might occur due to any circumstance, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
- Check out is 10:00 Arizona time.
Pet Policy:
- Up to two pets are allowed with the payment of a $75 pet fee.
- A $50 fee will be assessed if all pet waste is not picked up at check out.
