We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Navajo House! The hosts communicated very well and answered all of our questions promptly. Their home was beautifully decorated and the view from the back yard...stunning! Our only regret is that we arent staying longer.
We absolutely loved this place. It was spacious and plenty of room for a big family. Everything we needed was in this house. The backyard and the view from this house was the best part! It was absolutely stunning.
We absolutely loved the open layout, location, and view!! It was very clean and organized. Property managers were wonderful, they were easy to work with and were very responsive.
We loved it so much, weâll be planning our next trip around this propertyâs availability.
Terrific home base for our family of 5 to explore the area. House was very spacious, nicely appointed and clean. Wonderful open layout with views from the kitchen while you cook, which we did each night. Hot tub was awesome. Definitely recommend.
Don't let the front of the house fool you. This house has a million dollar view and you kind of need that everytime you go out for a little vacation with your family. Highly recommended!
The house was wonderful and the view was spectacular. It was an adult girls weekend for 6 of us and house was definitely large enough. The location was about 10-15 minutes from attractions we did which was great. If we are ever out this way again we would definitely stay there again
This was really a nice place. Much bigger house than we expected so would fit a large family or two families better than just the 2 of us. The house is well used to some extent but comfortable. Master bedroom had a very firm (hard) mattress but we switched bedrooms and were satisfied. We enjoyed our stay very much, Thank you!
We loved the property! It has a lot of space, comfortable beds and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a fantastic week in Page and Utah seeing Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon Dam, Toadstool Hoodoos, The New Wave, Hanging Garden, Navajo Bridge, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. The view from the backyard is spectacular! The only negative was some of the furniture was a little worn. The property owner was easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this home!!
This is a beautiful, spacious home with the most awesome backyard view of the Glen Canyon Dam & Lake Powell, listed as suchâŠbut beyond our expectations. Location is perfect for LP boat tours and water activities as well as exploring nearby canyons. Our lower Antelope Tour was through Kenâs Tours. The artist Nate Begay was our guide the a 4-canyon tour with adventurous
Antelope Canyon Tours. He is so knowledgeable and friendly and an amazing photographer.
When we arrived at the property about 3p.m., the air conditioning wasn't working. The house was 80 degrees. So hot! We were traveling with a 17-month-old, and something in the house was setting off her allergies. Because the a/c wasn't working, we had to use a floor fan in her room, but that blew the dust in the air all over and exasperated the problem. The owners were never able to get the a/c fixed, so we left two days later. A hot tub was advertised and pictured, but when we arrived, it was filthy and non-functioning. The owner had someone come clean it right away, but the hot tub never really worked. The owner couldn't get someone to fix the a/c, so we found another rental that was available and moved our family there for the rest of our vacation. Needless to say, we were pretty disappointed with our experience.
However, I must say that Michelle, the owner, was easy to get hold of, and she responded quickly. She tried her best to remedy the situation and offered to refund our entire stay if we decided to leave, which she did immediately once we left. We appreciated her understanding and working quickly to solve the problems. It's unfortunate because the house has nice gathering space, comfortable beds, and is in a great location. The house is older, so the upkeep is more difficult. Hopefully, she'll be able to get the a/c fixed and the hot tub working. We wish her the best.
Absolutely recommend this home! Our group had an amazing time staying in this property. We had 8 adults and there was more than enough room for all of us and plenty of gathering space for us to spend time together.
The property owner was super responses with the few questions we had in setting up our stay. Everything was as described and more than we expected so we didnât have any concerns while we were staying there.
We went to Upper and Lower Antelope Canyons and Horseshoe Bend and they we all within a 10 minute drive. We also checked out the nearby Dam and some other scenic overlooks- all within 15 minutes away.
The property was close to stores so it was quick and easy for us to pick up some groceries and supplies when we got there. It was also a very peaceful neighborhood.
Definitely would stay in this home again when we make it back again!!
We live in Durango Colorado. We love Page and my wife can even call it home as she graduated from Page High School. We spend as much time as we can there and never get tired of all the beauty of the desert. We love to explore the canyons and spend time on the lake. We love peaceful views from the Navajo House.
We have waited for years for a property in this location to come available. With very few homes on the golf course, we couldn't pass it up. The previous owner did a complete remodel from the flooring to the lighting. Updated bathrooms, fixtures, and kitchen appliances make this an easy home to get comfortable in. The great room was opened up with large groups gathering in mind.
The views from the rim are great all around Page, but to have the green of the golf course against the red rocks and the blue sky... well, that is something extra special. It is truly (in our opinion) the best spot in Page to soak in the view.
You can sit in the back yard (or inside the enclosed patio where it's air conditioned) and take in this view for hours. The view is to the North which makes for pleasant sunrises AND sunsets. It is fascinating to see how the light and shade change the view as the day goes by! There is access to the Rim Trail right out the back yard, and you will want to join many of the locals that stroll the golf course trails in the evenings that meander through green grass and red rocks. At night, the stars are AMAZING from the back yard. You can see the lights of the Glen Canyon dam, and a full moon illuminates the desert cliffs in an unforgettable way.
