ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND! Any additional guests that are not on the reservation will be charged. If you make your reservation for 4 guests and more than 4 guests show up you will be charged $100.00 per guest/per night.

If we are notified of a party or event, you will be asked to leave without a refund amount of any kind and you will also be fined $1,000.00 fee for your stay.

Pets - 1 small dog under 25lbs is allowed, no cats due to the dander and allergies for our guests. If you do bring a furry friend, we ask that you clean up after your pet. This includes shedding on the furniture and any relief from the pet. If additional cleaning is required, you may be charged an additional cleaning up to $500 based on the severity.

VIOLATION OF THE NON-SMOKING RULE OF ANY KIND IN THE UNIT WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE $1,000 CHARGE FOR CLEANING. This includes if you smoke on the patio/outside and the smoke lingers into the unit.
