The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, a ceiling fan and a large wall closet. Each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, a toilet and a bidet. The patio is accessible from both bedrooms. The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and much more. All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito screens.

The town centre, where you can find shops and restaurants is about one kilometre from the property. The nearest beach (Ilha de Faro) is 14 kilometres from the property. Golf courses can be found in the near vicinity (Quinta do Lago 12km, Vila Sol 18km).
