Two self-contained holiday apartments with a panoramic view over Kvarner Bay from the private sunny balconies, in a enclosed family house with a grill area in the shared green garden
These two holiday apartments are in a quiet residential area in the town of Novi Vinodolski on the sunny Croatian Adriatic coast in the Kvarner Bay region, providing a convenient starting point for experiencing the long beaches along the coast and Croatian hospitality.
The house from the year 1998 comprises three apartments on three floors. The two holiday apartments occupy the first and second floors, while the owner uses the ground-floor apartment. The apartments each have their own separate entrance, ensuring privacy during your stay. They were completely renovated in 2008 and modernised for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cooling and heating) in all the rooms.
The shared outdoor area provides a lushly planted, enclosed garden, with a traditional stone grill inviting you to spend long evenings outdoors under a starry sky. If you do not wish to holiday without your pet then it is also welcome here.
The holiday apartments are only about 100 metres from the beach with crystal clear water, where you can also find the nearest cafés and restaurants. The nearest shopping facilities are only about 30 metres away. It is about 800 metres to the centre of Novi Vinodolski with its historical sights, colourful markets and good range of gastronomy.
This spacious 110m² apartment occupies the first floor of the residential house and consists of a living and dining room, a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) hallway leads to the living room has a comfortable sofa, a digital flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a USB port, a safe for your valuables and a dining table with wooden benches and chairs. The separate kitchen has a four-zone electric stove with an extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The three bedrooms (one with air conditioning) each provide a double bed (180 x 210cm), bedside tables with reading lamps, and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The two lightly tiled bathrooms have a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A washing machine and a dryer are available for use during your stay. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and you can use the reliable wireless Internet connection free of charge.
The owner on the lower floor is happy to assist with any queries.
The living room and the two bedrooms open onto your private sunny balconies, furnished with a table and chairs, from which you can enjoy an extensive panoramic sea view over Kvarner Bay. If you arrive by car then you can use a secure parking space on the enclosed site right in front of the house.
