The home offers 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, with 11 beds, a pull-out sofa bed, and a sectional sleeper sofa to hold up to 18 people. Enjoy amenities such as an inflatable paddleboard, golf cart, table games, a beautiful community pool, a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, and private community access to Lake Powell.

The property comes with an inflatable paddleboard, and the community has private access to Lake Powell. Take the paddleboard to the lake access, and paddle all the way to the beach. The name "Inlet Beach" is derived from where Lake Powell connects to the beach / Gulf of America through a scenic "Inlet," which is also a nature preserve abundant with rare wildlife - enjoy!
