The space
The entire property at Circle C on Timberline is for you and your family to enjoy. Circle C is Tri-Level with entry into the main living area, kitchen, dining area, one King bedroom and one bathroom located here. The entire upper level contains the Primary King Suite which includes a fire place, sitting area, large walk in shower with enclosed bathroom and his/her vanity- Oh and did I mention it also has its own private deck? The lower level encompasses the game room, two bedrooms, bathroom and utility room. The lower level also allowed access to the hot tub deck.

Other things to note
There are two flights of stairs in the house. Both being accessed off of the main living area. A flight up to the Primary Suite and another down to the lower level. Anyone with mobility issues will probably want to take the bedroom on the main level.

We do provide expandable gates that can be placed at stair entry locations to ensure that toddlers can be protected from accidental tumbles down the stairs.

Due to Fire Marshal and current burn ban restrictions, the fire table located on the main deck is inoperable. However, the propane grill is available.
