The Space:

3bed 2.5 bath house, living room, theater room, kitchen and eating area. Featuring a massive 1100sqft covered outdoor patio, complete with a full outdoor kitchen, 7 tvs, seating, and a hottub. All common areas downstairs, all bedrooms upstairs. Washer and Dryer upstairs. DIRECTV service in patio, living room, and theater. Propane grill and Flat-top plus gas range outside. Basic linens and towels provided as well as basic shampoos and body soap. For longer stays, initial Paper towels and Toilet paper are provided, optional weekly cleaning available with additional fee.



House is minutes away from fun activities: cable wakeboard park, indoor water park, The Star at Frisco, The Beach at Little Elm, Oak Point Boat Ramp, Hydrous wakeboard cable park, Wedding Venues: Knotting Hill Place, Brighton Abbey.



You can enjoy a walk by the lake or go fishing, paddle boarding/kayaking or just hangout on the large patio. Its location makes it a great get away that is still located in the city. It is across the street from the Little Elm beach for hanging out and playing volleyball, take a trip to the INDOOR WATER PARK (The Cove at Lake Front), book a fishing trip or stand up paddle tour. This is a great attraction for year round use and the hot tub is wonderful in the fall/winter. The Frisco Star, Shops of legacy and Stonebriar mall are within 30 minutes.



Guest House next door is a separate listing and available with own amenities and private entrance.



Guest Access:

Driveway parking can accommodate 3 pickups or perhaps 6 compact cars. Additional street parking is available. Garage is not available. All parking is uncovered.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the lakefront district of Little Elm. Walking distance to Little Elm Park and the beach, Hula Hut and Hydrous wake park. 2 minute drive to boat ramp and The Cove indoor water park. Walking trails in neighborhood also available.



Getting Around:

Attractions in walking distance. Uber/Lyft typically available. Summertime complimentary E-Frog Electric shuttle, Bird Scooters available.



Other Things to Note:

Separate 1 bed 1 bath guest house available and listed separately. Pets are accepted with additional fees. Please include the pets you would like to bring in your message for booking.
