Great Staycation

We had the best, most relaxing trip. The house is decorated well and has everything you could want or need. Very comfortable beds. We used all of the water toys and had a blast. It was private and safe. Will recommend and return.

Weekend getaway

The lake toys were an added bonus. Loved the house. The master bedroom stays a little warm but the rest of the house was fine. The hot tub worked great and was relaxing.

Fantastic!

This stay was great! Everything you need is right at the house and you can’t beat the views and easy lake access. We live in Little Elm and just needed a staycation and this spot was amazing. There are 3 other houses this property owns and we’re thinking of possibly coming back to try another out because they all look great!

This newly renovated property was perfect in just about every way. Beautiful views of the water, community access to lake floats, large backyard space for yard games, close enough to town to grab groceries, and immaculately clean. 10/10 would stay here again

Amazing Property

The house and property was beautiful! The access to the lake, fire pit, and water sports was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay for a bachelor party, or a family getaway. The only thing that I would say is difficult, is the parking. Other than that, it was an awesome place to stay for the weekend.

Unfortunately there is city zoning law which restricts the parking for our houses to 4 vehicles. They do this to keep neighborhoods protected from short term rentals taking up parking spots on streets or causing a nuisance. We do our part to not only be good hosts but be good neighbors as well. Pretty Property on the Lake

Clean, totally updated lakefront property. My 2 daughters and I, plus 6 teen grand kids had a great time here. Plenty of room although it’s not a huge house. 2 Nice porches lake floats and kayaks were great too! I thought the bridge might be a distraction, but it wasn’t at all. We would stay there again. I must say though the gate that closes off the owner’s property where she has 3 rentals made us feel safe.

Easy going place on the water

It was a mellow time by the water. Appreciated the family room's size for hanging out and the kitchen was well stocked. It is by the bridge over, close enough to see some passing cars ny the fire area but far enough you dont hear it in the house. Cons: none really. Just be aware that the hot tub is shared, wasnt an issue though. A good time.

Relaxing Stay on the Lake

The Lake House was very cozy, nice, and right on the water. There were a few problems that occurred, but the property management addressed them immediately. The Hot Tub temperature did not adjust correctly and would not heat above 99. It is used by several units so needed additional cleaning . Would strongly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the water

My 51st Birthday with the fam

We are from Oklahoma but both of my kids have recently moved to Dallas area. I wanted to find a home close to both of them to spend time hanging out with them for my birthday! This house was the best place to do that!!! We loved sitting out on the comfy patio furniture drinking our coffee watching the sailboats . We loved making s’mores around the fire and playing the board games we brought at the beautiful dining room table. The beds were soo comfortable and the whole house was decorated so beautifully. We had the absolute best time. Could not have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday!!! Thank you for a amazing weekend!!

Great house but has rat problem

The house is overall beautiful, love the modern feel and the location is wonderful. However when we arrived there were rat droppings on two of the beds, the hallway and a chair in the dining area. I understand that it happens when you’re by the lake, but we still had to pay the $300 cleaning fee they charge for staying in this house, even though we informed property management of the incident right away… we did enjoy the stay overall but I do wish they would’ve worked with us on that since that’s not just an inconvenience but a sanitary issue.

Angel arrived on the night late during our first freeze. Our properties are on the lake, and there is animal activity. We do not have rats but there are small mice that attempt to come in when it freezes. We have a commercial pest control policy on all of our houses and they come out every month regardless of weather or activity. They checked in late at night and notified us of the situation and we had pest control over for an extra service the same day. The pest control company found a small hole chewed in the dryer vent that is under the house. The problem was resolved immediately and the guest had no issues. We paid for the extra pest service and there were no issues with the sanitation of the house or the level of cleaning. The cleaning fee we charge is not just cleaning, we include all of the hotel type amenities that most other short term rentals do not include. The guest didn't mention anything about this fee until they left the review.
