Bienvenue chez Pinestone! Cet ancien Bed & Breakfast surplombant le Pacifique a été transformé en une maison de plage contemporaine ensoleillée et lumineuse. Récemment rénovée avec un plancher en érable partout, des appareils en acier inoxydable et de nouveaux meubles, cette maison est le cadre idéal pour un week-end de bonheur de vacances rajeunissant. Situé à quelques pas de la plage de Moonstone, vous respirerez l'air de l'océan et profiterez de couchers de soleil spectaculaires depuis le vaste balcon et le salon.
Pinestone est la rampe de lancement idéale pour de longues promenades le long de la plage de Moonstone, des dégustations de vin à Paso Robles, des randonnées et des visites à Big Sur ou pour visiter le château de Hearst. Ou, laissez Pinestone être votre destination. Profitez de la "Grande Salle" au niveau supérieur, au cœur de Pinestone, où une cuisine divertissante, une salle à manger et un salon avec cheminée entièrement chargés se prolongent de manière transparente dans de grands balcons à chaque extrémité de la maison. The Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient location, amazing views. Great to have all en-suite rooms. Minimal furnishings and TV/Cable unreliable at best. Kitchen and appliances great. Enjoyed coffee on the veranda watching the fog lift listening to the waves. We even saw a pod of whales!! Needs a deep cleaning, some painting, and the sliding glass doors on the north side are all but impossible to move (like get a hernia if you do).

Perfect spot

Our family enjoys a holiday meet-up every year. First time in Cambria. This property was the perfect (and hard to find) 4 ensuite bedrooms and a very cozy large room for an early celebration. Walked the boardwalk, strolled the town, and visited Hearst Castle. Highly recommend.

Can’t beat the location

Walking distance to Moonstone Beach, you really can’t beat the location. The house was perfectly setup for entertaining our extended family. The upstairs balcony was perfect for watching the sunset with a cocktail. Would totally stay here again as 4 bedroom places up there are a premium.

The house is comfortable for a large group with each bedroom having its own bathroom, and a large open plan kitchen/living area. With the location to close to Moonstone beach, we were able to walk to restaurants and we walked to the little main part of town. So nice to not have to drive to get around! I also really appreciated use of the garage to park our cars.

Fantastic location

We celebrated our friends 70th birthday. This is a nice, clean house - perfect for 3 couples. Very comfortable beds (super important). Kitchen very well stocked. Views of ocean wonderful and easy access to boardwalk for a walk or run.

Cousins retreat

Had a fantastic time. The house was great and the view was amazing. Had dinner at Sow’s Ear and music at the Lodge. This was everyone’s first time beside me. I love Cambria. Memories we made.

Beach house was great . Easy access to the beach. House was well stocked with anything you could need. Could you some updating on front door lock and sliding doors were hard to open .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a friends reunion in Cambria. The best feature of this home is the four master bedrooms. Everyone enjoyed having their own private bathroom. The location and views were great. Also the management company was responsive and efficient. The home was clean and kitchen well stocked. The loose rugs were loose and slippery so we moved them aside out of safety concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous View

This house was perfect for our Dec. get away with friends. With 4 couples it was great to each have a bedroom with attached bathroom. The view is amazing, and the sunsets gorgeous. We enjoyed walking along the boardwalk and/ or beach which is just across the road. The house was well equipped. I brought my own hairdryer which was good, since I did not see one in the smaller upstairs bathroom and my friend in the smaller bedroom downstairs also did not see one. The only reason we would not give this house 5 stars is that the kitchen and bathrooms are from 90’s or early 2000’s, but everything was well maintained and clean.

Reviewer Comments: This property is excellent for a few reasons, 1) view and sound of ocean is just lovely, 4) four bathrooms are a huge bonus, 3) beds are comfortable. Additionally, since two bedrooms are downstairs and very separate from the living area, it was ideal to find they each had a separately controlled thermostat to control the heat for each room. I highly recommend the property, just know that you are paying for the view and the bathrooms (both 5 star); the home decor is fine but not what you expect for the price (2/3 star).

Property was fine except for a lack of water pressure. If 2 people tried to shower at the same time both shower hears would only have droplets of water. Flush the toilet and the person showering lost all water pressure.

Great location & view

We really liked the location of the property. It’s right near moonstone beach. It has a great view however the windows were really dirty. We enjoyed the size of the kitchen, dining & living area. We appreciated the 4 bedrooms & bathrooms. We were awakened at 7:00 am on Tuesday by a high pitched alarm. We couldn't find what it was so we had to call the 24 hour service number. A repair man came out and fixed a water leak behind the refrigerator. The alarm was a leak detector. It was fixed quickly. Overall we liked the property.

Siblings and Spouses Reunion

There were 8 of us (4 siblings and their spouses) that stayed at the Cambria house for a week. The house had 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, so it was perfect for us. There are two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen, dining room and living room are also upstairs. The view of Moonstone Beach from the living room is beautiful! The view would have been better, if the windows were clean. All of the windows and sliding glass doors need to be cleaned! The sliding glass doors were extremely difficult to open. The wheels need to be replaced.

Perfect Oceanfront Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this VRBO to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family and it met and exceeded our expectations. It is just steps away from Moonstone Beach and Boardwalk with lots of restaurants just a short step. The VRBO was exactly as described, check in and out was simple and contactless. There were four bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a TV with complete cable, and direct exterior access through a sliding glass door. Two of the bedrooms are on the bottom level (these included gas fireplaces) and the other two on the top adjoining the common living space and kitchen. Everything we needed including extra pillows and blankets, kitchenware and appliances, beach chairs, puzzles and games, a Bluetooth Player, laundry, and bathroom supplies were available in abundance. The temperature was extremely moderate even during the day mid-summer. We stayed six days and visited the Lighthouse, the elephant seal rookery and visitor center, the Hearst Castle, and Covell's Clydesdale Ranch, in addition to many visits to the local shops and eateries in Cambria. We had a larger than expected number of foggy/marine layer nights, so we didn't get as many sunsets as we would have liked, but you can't control Mother Nature. It might help if one of the smaller bedrooms were equipped with twin or bunk beds rather than a queen to make it more suitable for families with multiple children not used to sleeping in the same bed with each other, although the couch in the living room can also be used as an extra sleeping option.

Beach Getaway

This house was absolutely perfect for 4 couples. Everyone loved having their own bathroom. The house was very spacious & the views were spectacular. Would definitely recommend this house for future travel.

We learned too late that the shuttle to and from the Cambria Pines Lodge Christmas Market and Lights now has four stops along Moonstone Beach, including one a block from the house. In short, this was a perfect choice for a group of friends sharing a holiday together. (Oh, yes — check-in and check-out were super easy!)

No water, main shut off, couldn’t open 2 sliding doors BR’s seize

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not great as had to problem solve water main shut off, 2 BR’s exterior slinging glass windows were seized. No direction for fireplace. Batteries on TV & VCR we expired. No house book! Fortunately the repair man came quickly & had a great attitude. Between him & my husband worked together to resolve issues. The house needs any kind of espresso appliance ( stove top or electric). Milk frothier & coffee grinder needed for those who need a good coffee before leaving the house. A bit dated used furnishings. Too many throw pillows & no place to store while using bed. No hand or Stand- up mixer at all. We are big time cookin’ people a Cordon Bleu’ graduate who had to bring cast iron skillet. Great access to any type of activity. Just felt like the house truly needed a fresh lift & update.
