Jacuzzi et foyer à l'arrière de la maison avec vue sur l'océan. Foyer au gaz dans le salon et la chambre principale. Récemment remodelé à 100%, la liste des équipements est incroyable. Paradise in Cambria!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a lovely time staying here! Overall, the house is well maintained, equipped and comfortable. The best part--the view and location! We really enjoyed the patio every evening and liked being able to walk into town. I think a few items need to be updated, cleaned and/or replaced (grill for example) and some of the guest beds were not the most comfortable, however this did not detract from our lovely stay...just a suggestion based on the stature of this home.

Spectacular Oceanfront Gathering Place

Amazing oceanfront home. Beautiful inside and out with incredible views from multiple rooms and the large patio overlooking the ocean. Strolled along Moonstone Beach, walked through the quaint town of Cambria and took a short drive to see the elephant seals. Four nicely appointed bedrooms for our large family. Spectacular!

SUMMER FAMILY RETREAT

This property was one of the best we've stayed at. Enjoyed the home & was well stocked. Just wish we would have gone during the summer instead. It was a little on the cool side being it was in May. Otherwise a 10+!

We had some issues with maintenance, dishwasher did not work - water flow in the kitchen and one of the upstairs shower - per the management they were waiting for a part and were alerted of the issues. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house far exceeded expectations. The view was even more spectacular than the pictures can capture. The house is nestled in a little cove so the backyard is private. Inside, there is plenty of room for a large family to spread out and almost every room has a view. The kitchen is well appointed, with even a pastry blender to make a perfect pie crust. All of the upstairs bathrooms have a heated floor, which I have never experienced before but is now one of my favorite things. Wonderful house, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely Wonderful

We enjoyed details that went into the design, including the tranquil color scheme, nature themed wall art & decor; and the structural upgrades including the master bathroom heated floor and the guest shower window view to the ocean. The home was immaculate. We were impressed with the spotlessly clean windows so close to the ocean and after recent winter rain storms (Hwy 1 washed out near Big Sur a few days before we checked in). We enjoyed spectacular sunsets, the two otters that visited each evening at dusk, and the elephant seal we couldn’t see but could hear below the property. And there were the ocean waves that lulled us to sleep every night. We are so very grateful the owners of this property have opened their home to vacationers. We are very thankful for this experience.

Spectacular views of the ocean!

There really are not enough words to describe this property but will give it a try:). Although the photos are wonderful the home and views are even better in person. First thing you see when walking in is the spectacular view of the ocean with waves breaking on boulders below. Quiet location. There were 8 of us (4 couples) and we never felt crowded. Plenty of space to hang together or spend time by yourself. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook. Coffee pot and Keurig. We loved being at the home so much we only ate out one meal in the 3 nights we were there. The beds are comfortable and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have balconies. An adorable large window seat in stairwell with amazing views. Three baths up and half bath down. Laundry up. House is situated such that the back is very private. Only suggestion would be to bring binoculars to sea critter watch! We saw whale spouts but they were too far to see for the naked eye to see details. The crown jewel of this home is the outdoor space. The patio and fire pit provide a comfortable setting to enjoy the indescribable views. Lots of seating. The waves crashing below are breathtaking. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings and adult beverages in the evenings. Sunsets covered the entire sky. There really aren’t words. You just need to experience it for yourself! Full disclosure-they need to upgrade pillows but small concession for how perfect everything else is. Highly recommend!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth spring to stay at Sea Spray with our favorite couples. The house is set up for fun, rest and relaxation. It’s beautiful and so comfortable. After exploring our favorite wineries, hikes and shopping locations we are always so happy to get back to the house just in time for cocktail hour on the back patio. The view, the sound of the ocean, the sunsets and an occasional sea otter or whale are so appreciated. We love it here and are so grateful to the owners and Breen Vacation Station for giving us the opportunity to rent it. Already planning our trip next year.

Unbeatable location

Beautifully kept home with nearly everything right at hand. Hot tub, fire pit, large gathering areas perfect for our group of 8. Walking to beach and bluffs, gorgeous sunsets.
