Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth spring to stay at Sea Spray with our favorite couples. The house is set up for fun, rest and relaxation. It’s beautiful and so comfortable. After exploring our favorite wineries, hikes and shopping locations we are always so happy to get back to the house just in time for cocktail hour on the back patio. The view, the sound of the ocean, the sunsets and an occasional sea otter or whale are so appreciated. We love it here and are so grateful to the owners and Breen Vacation Station for giving us the opportunity to rent it. Already planning our trip next year.

Unbeatable location

Beautifully kept home with nearly everything right at hand. Hot tub, fire pit, large gathering areas perfect for our group of 8. Walking to beach and bluffs, gorgeous sunsets.

Fun - No Sun.

The house and location were great. The weather was not. Hard to find a grocery store, but plenty of places to buy meals - which kind of defeats the purpose of having a house instead of a hotel. We had fun anyway.

Awesome Place!

The property is really amazing. Perfect location, hiking, close to town. The putting green and spa were an added bonus. Everything is really easy to figure out, great kitchen, lots of space. One thing I didn’t realize was one of the rooms was really designed for kids with two smaller beds. It wasn’t a big deal but definitely something I overlooked. It’s clearly posted in the Vrbo picture but I missed it. The rental company in Cambria was really easy to deal with.

Spectacular Sea Spray Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Spray is spectacular in every way. Fabulous oceanfront location with an incredible outdoor living space to enjoy the ocean, breezes, whales, otter and a sunset cocktail while you sit around the firepit. The house is so beautifully designed with open spaces, ocean views and comfort in mind. It has a well equipped kitchen, large table that seats everyone, comfortable couches and sitting areas. Three of the four bedrooms have private oceanfront decks. The beds and pillows are comfortable and have very nice linens. The bathrooms are just beautiful with ample space for your things. One shower even has an oceanfront window.The property has been well kept up and clean every time we have rented it. Breen Vacation Station has always been easy to work with and very accommodating with early check in and later check out when available as well as answering any questions we have had quickly.Cambria is filled with oceanfront boardwalks, trails, restaurants, unique shops, wine tasting. Our must stop every visit is Moonstone Beach Bar and Grill and their fish tacos! Wow! Cambria...Breen Vacation Station...Sea Spray...all highly recommended!

Spectacular Oceanfront Gathering Place

Amazing oceanfront home. Beautiful inside and out with incredible views from multiple rooms and the large patio overlooking the ocean. Strolled along Moonstone Beach, walked through the quaint town of Cambria and took a short drive to see the elephant seals. Four nicely appointed bedrooms for our large family. Spectacular!

Fabulous Stay

Wow! This house was amazing! We love Cambria, and it was spectacular to stay right next to the ocean. Such a beautiful and well-appointed home! Being able to walk over to the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve was a huge plus too. Great kitchen too if want to cook some meals in!

The only small change I would say with this experience was the house did not seem as clean as it normally has been in the past. The carpets had several stains, walls were a little dirty, especially around the light switches and a broken glass was in the cupboard. That being said, we would still rent this house again in the future if available - it is beautiful and our overall experience was great!

Breen Vacation Station and Sea Spray

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here many times & loved it. But had issues with TV this time. Apple TV installed as new streaming by owners, but Breen had not updated anything nor notified us. Day 1, no TV. Jackie very helpful on Day 2. But, later called on Day 3 & came to office - no one. Left Vmails, no response. We had no TV for Day 2& 3. At these prices, its not unreasonable to expect TVs to work AND UPDATED instructions. We only had 1 after Jackie fixed it for us and your office was unreachable after that. We love the property, clean, gorgeous, etc. But, lightbulbs were out in hallway & master bathroom. Unsure how I feel about recommending at this point, since I have never gotten response to voicemails I left.
