Entertainment for the entire family!

We booked a Disney vacation for our family which was 10 Adults and 4 children, 3 and under. The house was in great shape, very clean and exactly what the ad had advised. NOTE: there were some "value ad's" that I might suggest be included in the amenities such as 2 playpens and 2 booster seats. Games room was awesome, pool was nice and heated (extra charge). Location is within a 5 min walk to Oasis. The host was very response to a repair and it was looked after within 24 hours. All in all, it's a great place to host a large family event.

Great spot for the whole family to stay

The house was perfect for our diverse group ranging from 7 to 66 years of age. Everyone loved the game room and the themed bedrooms. The only thing lacking was a supply of hand towels and a few kitchen items that would have been handy like a mixing bowl. But we would definitely book here again. Nice location for access to all of the theme parks.

Great stay!

The house is fabulous, the pool and spa heat made our vacay so much more pleasurable during a cold snap, and the owner and property manager were accessible and made sure we were well provided for. This is a peaceful neighborhood, not chaotic like some we have been in. We hope to be back next year!

Nice but you need to bring/buy a lot to stay.

The rooms were perfect for what we needed the house for. House was very clean and spacious. The themed rooms are amazing!!!Some opinions on what to bring when going to spend more than 1 day at the house ( and yes it does say in the comments)
 toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen towel, rags, laundry detergent if you don’t want to keep using the same 2 towels all week, dish detergent so you are not doing dishes with no dish tag to dry. Oh and don’t forget some trash bags! House literally gives you ONE.Also, this again is stated in the house description
 do NOT try and use the house when it is 70 degrees and/or below and expect to swim. Save your money. The hot tub will not heat to a nice temp, it gets to bath water for infants. We tried to be optimistic and never stepped in the pool. Wasted money.And dont be shocked if the air hockey doesn’t work, we only had the pleasure of scoring one time before the puck got stuck again. Maintenance came out to assist, but happened again
 so stopped using it. Pinball machine, balls just stop in middle of game.Note to homeowner, think it is time to update the pots and pans. They are well past their time. Also some salt, pepper, and other dry condiments would be nice to have. Kitchen towels would also be nice.

Great stay

The house is wonderful for a large family. We took our children and grandchildren, and everyone had plenty of space. Very close to all the attraction in Orlando, only a 20-minute ride to the parks. Connecting the property owner was very easy and quick responses. The clubhouse is very nice! The game room was a big hit for our grandchildren. Bonus: it's soundproof!

Great Hospitality

We travel often and this home has been one of the best. No issues ,clean but most importantly the owner communicates with you. Most homes are with rental companies. Arcade was great for the kiddos. Plenty of space! Would definitely recommend!!!

Perfect layout, and rooms for large family

Family of 13 ranging from infant to seniors. Perfect layout, and plenty of rooms, and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. The game room and pool were a hit with the children. Management team were great to work with. We definitely would use this property again.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful time. Perfect for a family vacation. So much room! House was clean and looked just like the pictures. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the pool. Cary was very quick to respond with any questions throughout our stay. We did have a problem with one of the arcades working and Chris (property manager) was there with in the hour to fix it. The community center is a great way to spend an afternoon. If I had to make any recommendations it would be to label the remotes and add a hand rail into the pool. My mom (80 years) had a hard time geting in at out of pool without a hand rail. With saying that, it no way put a damper on our stay. It would of just made it a little eaiser. I would highly recommend this property.

Moon Valley Villa

Cary (Host) was very responsive to our pre arrival questions. Check in was very easy as we got the code for the front door a few days prior to arrival. The property is well appointed, and had all the basic items we needed to eat and cook. The house is very large and can accommodate a lot of guests. We only had 10, and had bedrooms left empty. The pool area is great with a very nice hot tub attached. I suggest you pay the extra charge for the pool heat as we did, it kept the pool at Avery comfortable 84 degrees all week. The arcade room was a big hit with everyone. It did have some game that were inoperative though. Even with that, there was plenty to play. The neighborhood was nice, but you could tell that most people were renters, and not full time residents. All in all, it was a nice place to stay for a week. We believe it was a good value for the money we spent.

Great house to stay for large families

House was very nice and was just as described by owner. Movie theatre and game room were fantastic. It was cold during our visit but the pool heater heated the pool to a nice warm temperature. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. TVs were in every room but it was difficult to figure out the multiple remotes. Perhaps if they were labeled for the specific room with short instructions would help. Overall this was a great place to stay. We had a wonderful time.

All Wow, no substance

The 3 themed bedrooms and the game room were big hits. Tips: 1) Every person old enough to drive needs to be listed. The gated neighborhood will NOT let anyone in whose not on the list. 2) Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, hand towels, dish towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. We've stayed in many vrbos, but this one was the least stocked. 13 of us stayed for 3 days. The existing toilet paper and paper towels only made it through that first day. 3) I would recommend bringing your own pots and pans as well. Theirs were not only peeling and scratched, but I had to wash them before use as some were still greasy. We ended up washing all the dishes before using them, since a mug we pulled out of the cabinet hadn't been washed. (also debris in couches and dust bunnies under the beds) 4) You have to pay extra to heat Jacuzzi. It does NOT get hot; more like warm bath water. 5) the toilet was running continuously and we were told to turn off the water until the following day when they could get to it. Also, the kitchen faucet sprayed out of the side when you turned it on. 6) Media room: chairs don't work and are peeling; no batteries for game controllers; Issues with streaming on the tv. The POC was easy to contact and seemed nice enough. Overall, we had a good time, but it's not worth the price.

Perfect House

House was amazing, exactly as shown in the pictures and description. Very clean and well appointed. We had a great time and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations Owner was responsive, friendly and informative. On the first night, we turned on the TV in the living room and half the screen wasn't displaying. We called the property manager and he showed up the next morning with a brand new 70" TV! Just a great example of the great customer service we received on on trip.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. The themed rooms, game room and theatre room were great and a big hit. We were surprised that toilet paper and garbage bags weren’t supplied. And for a house that can sleep 19 only 3 wine glasses were available. Plenty of plates, bowls & coffee cups. We did have a great time enjoying the pool and hot tub. I would recommend this to others and would return.

Fun house

It was a great place to stay. Great location. If I had one complaint it would be we paid to have the pool and jacuzzi heated and although unseasonably cold during our stay the water was not warm enough. The kids didn’t care so it ended up being fine!

Family Fun

Wonderful place to stay with a family. The house is super nice and full of great theme rooms For kids of all ages and then the masters are perfect. Game room brought a lot of fun times for the entire group. The host was awesome at answering quick if you had a question or an issue to make sure that it was handled in a timely manner
