This holiday studio is located on a private property in a desirable neighbourhood of Malaga at the Monte de San AntĂłn amidst a pine forest. Enjoy a relaxing holiday here.
The 80 mÂČ property is for your private enjoyment. A dining table with two chairs lets you dine al fresco or you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun on the sun loungers. A sun shade offers welcome shade. The property also has a patio and a garden and parking in front of the house.
The studio with a large patio with ocean views is located on the first floor, below the owner's penthouse. The 30 mÂČ apartment was furnished with attention to quality and perfection. The elevator takes you up to the first floor, where the studio is located. To the right of the entrance is the open plan kitchen unit with a dining table. Straight on is the bathroom with a shower; passing the bedroom, you reach the comfortable living room with patio access on the left. There are to 90 x 200 cm beds, divided by a nightstand, which can be combined to a double bed. Adjacent to the beds is the cosy living room, where you can relax on the comfortable sofa. For your evening entertainment, there is a flat screen satellite TV. The dining table for four lets you enjoy meals together. The kitchen is equipped with a two burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle. The bathroom boasts a shower, a toilet, a fan, a ink with a mirror and a vanity mirror and a hair dryer. The apartment is also equipped with solar heating (water), a central air conditioning unit and Wi-Fi access.
The beach Pedregalejo, shopping and nightlife can be reached after 3 km. It is only 700 meters to a restaurant. It is seven kilometers to the Port /Malaga centre, where the harbour and the cathedral are definitely worth a visit.
A special feature of t his property is the Microbus, which shuttles you from the house to the ocean on weekdays. The owners live upstairs in the penthouse and are available should any questions arise.
