* Guest will be required to pay fee (~$40) to obtain parking pass and wrist bands required for stay. This is collected at the front desk during check-in and is in addition to the payment for the booking.

*Note elevator will be down for maintenance between the dates of 3/16/26 and 5/08/26. We have a 3rd floor unit with stairs very close by, however if you cannot use stairs please be advised.

• Fireworks and firearms are always prohibited
• No Pets
• No illegal activity is permitted on the property
• No campers or boats allowed on the property
• All guests and visitors of guests must follow all of these rules
• Renter is responsible for missing or damaged items

Occupants may be cited or fined by the Village or immediately evicted for violating any of the above listed rules.
