Welcome to our charming rural retreat, where we love hosting guests and making every stay extra special - plus we're only 7 minutes to downtown Stratford and 17mins from St. Mary's!
Many years ago this is the site of the Harmony Inn - a once thriving Mill town. Today our fully renovated 1200 sq ft heritage cottage is the perfect choice for your group meetup or theatre stay.

Location: Short drive to downtown Stratford's vibrant attractions as well as St. Mary's event venue and golf courses - and Wildwood is just 12mins away.
Stylish Interiors: Modern amenities blend with historic charm for a chic experience. Completely renovated with updated windows, HVAC and pot lighting.
Outdoor Spaces: Multiple areas to relax and gather with friends & family.
Chef's Kitchen: Fully equipped with essential appliances and ample dining space. Plus we provide self serve breakfast items so you can get out and enjoy the day!
Farm Stand: Our local Farmer has a little year round stand with Beef, eggs and seasonal veggies - just 2 houses over!
Coffee/Tea Bar: Local coffee, teas, and equipment for a perfect morning start.
Side Deck and Patio: Features a propane fire table, seating, dining table for 8, and BBQ.
Back Porch: Once the original front porch and entrance now a covered area with seating.
Bedrooms: Cozy linens, multiple pillows, full-length mirrors, and USB charging ports. Large bedroom has 2 KING beds and smaller room 1 QUEEN bed. There is also a pop-up Queen sofa bed for groups over 6 guests.
Bathrooms: Main floor powder room and full bath with complimentary soaps and hair dryer, straightener, iron, steamer etc.
Entertainment: Board games, free high-speed WiFi, and 2 smart TVs with Roku.
Outdoor Games: Various lawn games like croquet, bocce, and a fire pit with local firewood.
Onsite Laundry: Convenient main floor washing machine and dryer for longer stays.
Support for Special Occasions: Options for wine, flowers, or local treats to celebrate milestones - message me to see how we can help.

Guests have full access to the Cottage minus the basement and upstairs closet which are dedicated to our cleaning staff and therefore locked. We do provide some basic cleaning supplies for guests should the need arise.
Outside guests have full access to the garden areas surrounding the Cottage and sitting areas. The fire pit on the other side of the fence can also be used by guests, just let us know if youâre interested so we can have local wood set aside for you. The back garden area and garage/barn on the property are reserved for the ownerâs use when guests are not visiting.
We live nearby so let us know if there is anything you need, we are happy to help.
Our cottage is located at a main crossroad in a tiny farm community. The downtown Stratford restaurants, shops and smaller theatres are only a 7 minute drive away. There is also a small nature conservation area with walking trail only 500 feet from our home.
There is a large parking area for up to 5 vehicles with room to turn around.
We are in one of Stratfordâs tiny farm communities so there is sometimes farm equipment, tractors and some road traffic at certain times of the day. We have a large parking area that guests can turn around in rather than backing out onto the roadway for everyoneâs safety.

We've been hosting for over 3 years and have loved welcoming so many wonderful guests! While we're not Stratford natives, weâve fallen in love with the charm of this townâso much so, we've moved here twice!
As a family with five kids, we truly understand the importance of a stress-free, well-equipped place to land. Our travels taught us how valuable comfort and thoughtful touches can be. Thatâs what inspired us to create warm, welcoming staysâboth at our countryside Cottage and our tranquil Suite in town.
We love gardening, growing colorful flowers and fresh veggies, and dreaming up new projects to make each space even more special. We hope you feel right at home here, just as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We fell in love with the rich history of Harmonyâthe Cottage was once part of an inn that served a hamlet with two working mills. Youâll spot little nods to that past in the dĂ©cor, with curated trinkets and stories tucked throughout. Harmony was once poised to be the hub of Perth county, well until the Grand Trunk Railroad came through. Today it thrives as a farm community with rolling hills and creeks carving out the land.

With over an 1/2 acre of land available to guests, peaceful countryside views, and big-horned cattle nearby, it offered the rural feel we cravedâwhile being just minutes from Stratfordâs lively downtown and world-class theatre. The perfect balance of Harmony!
