There is an AC unit on each floor and every room has a ceiling fan.
The apartment is on the second floor. Inside, the apartment is on two floors. so perhaps not great for those with mobility issues. Though there is a bathroom and kitchen or kitchenette on each. Guest are welcome to use the fenced in back terrace which is communal. The gate code is 1250 B
5 minutes from Avon Theatre. Close to great shops and restaurants and Market Sq.

The location is wonderful. Everything close by. The new Market Square has a Farmers market on Sundays. Rheo Thompson Chocolate is on Albert Street - I get them to build a box of mint smoothies and chocolate gingers for me. Very addictive. Homemade soup take out right at your door. Revel Coffee around corner. Butcher Baker up the block has meat, cheese, breads and lots of good stuff. They will make picnic sandwiches. Wills and Prior is a wonderful store for candles, gifts and aesthetic pleasure. Liquor store is right across the road.
You can lock up bikes in the back terrace. Walkability score is over 95. You can pretty much walk to everything. Avon Theatre 4 minutes, Tom Paterson 16 minutes, Festival Theatre 30 minutes if you walk at a good pace.
Soup Surreal is in the shop below for easy take out options. Thai Magic is also inexpensive and does take-out. Red Rabbit and Monforte [which has a patio ] are on the block. Revel Coffee is around the corner. Fab coffee and all baked goods are made on site. I get the large latte in the morning but a secret house special is the 'Americino' for afternoon sipping - An Americano with foamed milk.
There is parking for one car at the back of the building. But the free city parking lot is a 5 minute walk away [ 1 block]. On St Patrick east of the new university building.
