Old fashioned, unpretentious - only 1 block from downtown - restaurants, shops and Avon Theatre. Not fancy but pretty great. Compact. Good light. Homey. Garden with a picnic table. Good for couples or families (with kids). Well mannered pets are fine. Driveway holds 4 cars in a row.
For those with limited mobility, there is a large bedroom and a 3 pc bathroom on the main floor - only one step up to deck and one into house if you go through the back.

Check in time is 3:00 but if we are ready for you, earlier is sometimes possible. A

The front door code given a few days before check in. There are keys for the kitchen door hanging next to the kitchen sink. The wifi codes are written on a chalkboard in the kitchen.

In a leafy old neighbourhood two blocks from Market Square and the centre of town.

You can walk to pretty much everything. Though to the Festival would take about 40 minutes. Avon 12 minutes. Tom Paterson 25 minutes. Revel Cafe is 10 minutes away - all their baking is done on site with the best and local ingredients. They have a deck out back and around 9:00 a few musicians sometimes hang out and play. Soup Surreal for take out.

If you are bringing bikes, they can be locked in the back yard.
