Welcome to Phoenix Gulf Shores II, Unit 1105 â an absolutely stunning four-bedroom, four-bath corner condo designed for both comfort and coastal luxury. Sleeping up to 14 guests, this beautifully appointed residence offers breathtaking Gulf views, thoughtful upgrades, and custom finishes throughout.
The spacious living area features a large sectional, two swivel chairs with ottomans, and a striking custom glass and wood coffee table. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and frame spectacular views of the coastline. A sliding glass door leads to an expansive balcony furnished with comfortable patio seating â the perfect place to relax, entertain, or enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the Gulf.
Adjacent to the living area, the dining space comfortably seats eight and is surrounded by additional floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere for meals and gatherings.
The kitchen is a showstopper, showcasing stainless steel appliances, a inset sink, a hooded range, and gorgeous blue tile backsplash that adds a rich, custom touch. The breakfast bar seats four, and the condo also features an adjacent entertaining bar complete with its own sink and ice maker â ideal for hosting and entertaining. A Keurig and a traditional coffee maker are both provided for your convenience.
