Cabin Life is for me

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Elk Springs Resort is a nice place to visit. Our cabin was decorated so nice and clean. The hot tub was a big hit for my family to relax at night. The staff was friendly and checked on us once we were settled in for the night. We will definitely rent again when we visit Gatlinburg.

Always a Treat to Stay with Elk Springs Resorts

This cabin is nice and will meet your needs during the stay. The property was clean and maintained. We could not get the video game to work as the directions indicated. Very centrally located to all the activities that we did.

They are clean, well-maintained, have great amenities in each cabin and are a great location for us. We love them, and keep coming back!

Majestic Spring

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed ourself, the cabin is very beautiful and spacious. The only negative is the internet went out in the middle of our stay, we called maintenance he couldn't fix so we had no internet or tv so that sucked. Also the bed cover and pillows had a odd old smell to them, I would suggest bringing your own cover and pillow.

Only problem was a man came by when my daughter was home with the babies by herself & he just opened the door & when he saw her he said, "this place is supposed to be vacant" then he left. Excellent Private Cabin - Reconnect with Nature

Very clean cabin with HotTub, Pool table, good views, private drive/backyard, plenty of space to enjoy, and modern day amenities. Our family of 4 was upgraded to a 12 person cabin due to water issues in the original cabin. The owners were great on communicating the issues and quickly shifted us to a new cabin prior to arrival. No upcharge, no hassle. Would advise anyone to stay here!

Hardwood floors were dirty and need to be refinished.

Beautiful Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was beautiful and spacious. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The drive way is a bit steep but unlike some of the neighbors, it was paved so we didn't have to worry about getting stuck. There are cabins on both sides of this cabin so you are not isolated or private. Of course we enjoyed interacting with the neighbors as we all grilled out at the same time. We would definitely rent this cabin again. There are multiple levels of stairs so not handicap accessible but definitely a wonderful cabin for families to enjoy Gatlinburg.

Lots of room and a lot of steps

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A good space, but not good for anyone with difficulty with steps. Three floors, with no bathroom on main (2nd)floor. Suggested improvements: 1) put a keylock on bottom floor as well so you don't have to trudge up a dark incline at night to get into the house (and add path lights). 2) multiple deck boards with loose or exposed nails are a real danger. 3) add mini pool cue as the side walls prevent a real game of pool, 4) hot tub did not smell clean and sanitized, 5) dishwasher was broken all week, although a tech was dispatched for repair, but parts needed to be ordered.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 12 family members stayed at Majestic Views for the week of thanksgiving 2021. Elk Springs property management was great to work with. It was simple and easy via texting and they addressed all of our needs quickly. They sent a qualified technician within a few hours to address an issue with the refrigerator, dropped off extra pillow cases, quickly scheduled an extra garbage pickup and made special arrangements to get us hangers. The cabin is roomy and comfortable. The location is good, far enough out of the touristy traffic but a close drive to all conveniences.

A Great Family Vacation in the beautiful Smokey Mountains

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this cabin with fantastic views and ample room for our family of eleven which included 5 teenagers and a dog. The management staff was very helpful and courteous and prompt with request. The rooms were larger than pictures portrayed and the balconies were used often to watch the stars at night with family conversation. Because of the warm weather, the large hot tub was not used often. The ceiling fans in every room and AC was appreciated. The gas grill(clean) was put to good use. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.Great time was had by all.

Summer 2023 Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I loved this Cabin!I did not like a shared driveway and the trees in the front yard definitely needs to be cut. They only supply you only two days of toiletry items that's such a bummer for the expensive cost of a cabin. Blinds were missing from windows and blind pieces were broken off too throughout the cabin and one of the tv's did not work but I also did a complaint about these items. This resort has a great customer service skills! I will stay here again because of the huge size and layout.
