Une grande salle avec une cheminée de 30 pieds entourée de sol au plafond fixe baies vitrées vous accueille au noueux et Nice. Détendez-vous dans votre salle de cinéma maison privée avec écran de cinéma de 9 pieds et le cuir inclinables sièges de théâtre. Fin d'une journée à Gatlinburg dans votre propre sauna entouré par l'odeur de cèdre. 4 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains, table de billard, air hockey et un bain à remous privé. Un bien pensé configuration où les enfants peuvent jouer dans la salle de jeux et les adultes peuvent tranquillement se rassembler dans la grande salle ou vous détendre et lire un livre dans le salon en mezzanine. 3 suites de maître avec lit king et salle de bain privée et une chambre avec lits superposés séparée en bas avec la reine sur des couchettes de reine est parfait pour 4 enfants ou même des adultes. Great Family Reunion Location

We were able to rent 3 cabins on the same road, each with enough space for us to get together for large family meals. Knotty & Nice is a wonderful house; beautifully finished, very clean, comfortable beds, great entertainment options downstairs (pool table, foosball, arcade game, theater room and sauna, with a hot tub on the deck). We loved the house. The resort staff were great at communicating with us at every step.

Christmas in the Smokies

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was perfect for our family gathering the weekend before Christmas. Convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would be nice if TV was available on the movie screen. We didn’t really use the theater for this reason.

Fantastic Spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I brought a team of high school boys basketball players to play in a tournament in the area. Everyone slept great, they had plenty of room to hang out, cooking in the kitchen was very easy (functional), laundry nightly for uniforms and tons of entertainment inside the house for the boys between the arcade, jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, fuusball (sp?) table, and movie theatre. Would highly recommend for large family (or team).

Thanksgiving Tradition

Reviewer Comments: My family continues our Thanksgiving Tradition of spending Thanksgiving in a beautiful mountain cabin, awesome food and most importantly good family time. We have appreciated the Elk Springs staff and cabins which have added to a week we look forward to where we can escape the pressures of day to day life. Our time allows us to focus on the importance of our family relaitionships and it teaches that lesson to our grandchildren at an early age.
