This property was just as described with lovely amenities. Georgia was very pleasant to work with and wanted to make sure our stay was wonderful. She checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The pool and hot tubs were clean as were the bedrooms and kitchens. There were plenty of towels for our large gathering and a short walk or golf cart ride to the beautiful beach. The backyard had plenty of space to gather and be comfortable. I would highly recommend renting this property!

This home was perfectly suited for our needs…keeping families separate but yet together. Our host was outstanding! Answered any questions timely, and had helpful information for us about the area. I would rent this home again!

I cannot recommend this Cocoa Beach vacation house enough. From planning to booking to questions pre-trip and during trip, the host was always accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and everything is as advertised. Whether you want to lounge outside or relax in the pool or hot tub or play in the game room, there's plenty for large families or groups to do. Very close to the beach and the golf cart to utilize is a bonus. There is plenty of beach gear available for you to use. The house is well maintained and you can tell they take pride in the place by it's professional upkeep. We will absolutely be staying again.

This property is amazing! We brought a large group and had the best time. The host really thought of everything at the property. There were so many great things to do and they had everything you needed to enjoy the pool and beach. Our host was so accommodating and truly made this trip perfect.

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this vacation rental. Our group of 10 adults and 5 children had an exceptional stay. The apartment-style layout was perfect, offering just the right amount of privacy for each family while still giving us plenty of comfortable space to gather as a large group.The beach‑themed interiors are fresh, beautifully done, and very comfortable. The outdoor area feels like a private oasis, with abundant seating options both in the shade and in the sun. The pool is large, sparkling, and incredibly inviting.The amenities are outstanding. The game room kept both kids and adults entertained for hours. The putting green, cornhole, and all the outdoor games were such a hit. The grill worked perfectly, and all necessary utensils were readily available. Although we didn’t use the fire pits, they would be a fantastic feature during cooler weather.The walk to the beach is an easy two blocks, but having the golf cart was a huge bonus — especially for hauling beach toys and supplies. Such a thoughtful touch.I especially appreciated the attention to detail: a welcoming snack tray in each apartment, plenty of hangers in every closet, and so many small conveniences that made our stay feel effortless.This is truly an exceptional property — spacious, beautifully maintained, close to the beach, and conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. All of that, paired with a hospitable and attentive host, made our stay absolutely wonderful.

Overall the stay was great! The close proximity to the beach was awesome, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The golf cart was AMAZING!

This was the best house we have stayed in! The space was clean, cozy and beautiful. The backyard was amazing and the beach is so close. Having the golf cart was great! The host was so wonderful about communicating and so sweet. I 1000 % would recommend!

our host was fantastic, Georgia was so gracious and accommodating!!! we will definitely stay there again, she made sure our vacation started out and ended great. we were a big group. game room great, pool and two hot tubs,hot tubs and pool cleaned professionally twice the 7 days we were there! golf cart a hit.

Backyard was amazing. Heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, lounge seating. Kids especially loved astroturf instead of rough Florida grass. Putting green and game room were also well used. 6 person golf cart was terrific. House also had plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and surf boards. Everything we needed. 2 blocks to the beach was easy walk or drive. It was fun to see peacocks roaming the neighborhood. We hope to return next year.

This place was awesome! I treated my two daughters and their families to a week of vacation and the seperate living spaces made it extra enjoyable for all of us. My grandkids went from beach to pool to hot tub to game room multiple times a day, they loved it! Every unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had visitors a couple times and they were also impressed with the indoor and outdoor space and amenities. The new hosts were very welcoming and very quick to respond when I had a small issue.

The kids loved the place. The pool, the hot tubs and game room were hits. The beach was a short trip down the road. The beach was beautiful.
