Just 5 minutes from Heavenly, Stateline casinos, hiking trails, and golf courses, this is the perfect all-season retreat. Enjoy a spacious outdoor area and quick access to Hwy 50. Whether you're here for powder days or summer hikes, you'll be close to the actionâbut far enough to relax in quiet comfort. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking for space and convenience.
Enjoy single-story living in this freshly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home designed for comfort and convenience.
Bedroom 1: Sleeps 2 adults, features a Full bed, TV, and dresser.
Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2 adults, includes a Queen bed, TV, and dresser.
Master Suite: Spacious and serene, sleeps 2 adults with a King bed, ensuite bath, 55" TV, and sliding door access to the back deck.
All beds feature luxury mattresses and hotel-style white bedding for a restful nightâs sleep.
