Travel has shaped so much of who I am. I have explored more than forty U.S. states and once drove across Europe from Germany to Italy. I have lived in Ethiopia, Italy, and several parts of the U.S., and those experiences have taught me how meaningful it is to feel welcomed in a new place. Washington, DC is now home, and I truly love sharing it with others.

By profession, I work in project management on government projects, so organization and preparation are second nature to me. When I host, I bring that same mindset to make sure everything feels smooth and easy for my guests.

Hosting allows me to blend my love of travel with creating a comfortable and memorable experience for others. You can expect responsive communication, a clean and thoughtfully prepared home, and small touches that make a stay feel relaxed and easy.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, sports, and movies. One of my favorite things about DC is how walkable it is. You can step outside and find incredible restaurants, historic neighborhoods, and beautiful parks all within reach.

My goal as a host is simple. I want every guest to feel calm, respected, and genuinely comfortable during their stay. I focus on creating a space that feels well-designed, welcoming, and peaceful from the moment you arrive

I chose this neighborhood because it captures the energy of DC while still feeling residential and walkable. You’re just a short walk to the Columbia Heights Metro, which makes getting to downtown, the National Mall, museums, and monuments incredibly easy. At the same time, you’re surrounded by local restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and historic row homes that give the area real character.

What I love most is that you can explore all day and still come back to a quieter street to relax. It feels connected to everything without feeling hectic.

The full District Gojo building is rare in DC. It offers two complete residences under one roof, making it ideal for larger families, multi generational stays, reunions, and group trips where privacy and shared space are equally important.

With multiple living areas, two full kitchens, several bedrooms and bathrooms, and multiple private outdoor spaces, the layout provides flexibility that most DC row homes simply do not. Guests can gather together or spread out comfortably.

The design blends modern renovation with thoughtful details, large Smart TVs, well equipped kitchens, and dedicated work areas. Street parking with residential visitor permits and rear parking access add additional convenience, which is uncommon in the city.

Most importantly, the space is prepared with care. It is designed to feel organized, welcoming, and calm from the moment you arrive.
