Take the stairs up to the front porch and check yourself into this bright, inviting home with everything could need for a relaxing and comfortable stay in beautiful La Mesa. The home features a warm and welcoming feel as you step through into the front sitting room. Here you can put your feet up after a day spent exploring the city or enjoy the sunny window seat and watch the world go by.



The sitting room can also convert into a fourth bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed for an additional guest. Move through into large kitchen that comes fully equipped to cook up breakfast lunch and dinner. Coupled with new and retro chic appliances, you’ll have everything you need including a full size fridge/freezer, a microwave, an oven, cooktop, dishwasher and a coveted coffee maker. Eat together in the dining room with stunning views from the large picture windows, then retire to the lounge where you can stream your favorite apps in front of the fire for a cozy movie night in with the family.



There are three beautiful bedrooms within the home with each offering comfortable beds, sparkling bathrooms and access to the garden via the double glass doors. The spacious master bedroom features a luxuriously large king bed and ensuite while bedrooms two and three have queen beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom with dual vanities and plenty of soft, fluffy towels. On a sunny day, make your way out onto the large, elevated balcony and relax in style with a comfortable daybed/lounge, Parisian style alfresco dining for two and matching outdoor chairs all overlooking the beautiful mountains – the perfect place to enjoy your coffee each morning.

The Neighborhood:

The home is located in the prestigious Helix Hills neighborhood in La Mesa only 15 minutes from the heart of San Diego. Here you’ll find stunning natural scenery, plenty of sunshine, a host of unique and authentic stores and many great restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from.



Hike to the top of Mount Helix for gorgeous views across San Diego, Tijuana and El Cajon then stop in for a theater performances or even a power yoga class at the amphitheater further down the mountain.

Visit the picturesque Lake Murray, a favorite green space for locals. The lake is surrounded by paved trails, making it the perfect place for an evening walk, a picnic in the afternoon or explore the water on a rented kayak.



For even more green space, make your way to Balboa Park with 1,200 acres of pristine emerald green parklands right in the heart of the city. Here you can explore 17 museums then visit the San Diego Zoo which is always #1 on the best zoos in the world list and definitely worth a visit. There is 2 car driveway parking with this unit and street parking and getting around is super easy. There are on demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away. Most of my guest also use Ride Share programs such as Uber and Lyft.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished apartment!
