Just entering the rental market, this one bedroom villa is a unique getaway space already loved by guests for a few special reasons. This unit has been updated with brand new, designer furnishings. Checking off all of the boxes: new, plush mattress, high-quality linens, stylish living room with tall vaulted ceilings, and a well-stocked open kitchen area, this is an ideal place to relax at the beach. In a crisp palette of fresh neutral coastal colors, this space echos tranquility and peace. Guests adore the sunroom and private deck space that overlooks the Seabrook Island racquet club courts. The proximity to the Lakehouse facilities, the front gate, marina, and Kiawah Island make getting on and off the island a breeze. The villa also uniquely features two full bathrooms ensuring everyone has their own space.
Guests enter the property through the front door on the deck into the end unit, private and spacious, with tall ceilings and abundant light. The open space design ensures that the living area with ample seating and large TV flows into the kitchen and dining area. Off the living space is also a thoughtfully decorated sunroom - an ideal spot for morning coffee or an afternoon nap.
The bedroom features a king bed, quality linens, closet and dresser. It has its own ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and shower. The hallway offers access to a new washer and dryer and a second full bathroom.

As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night â 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles require a gate pass. Two vehicle maximum at this property.

A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
Guest safety is always a priority. With that in mind, the villa features a fire extinguisher under the sink, multiple smoke detectors, and a first aid kit.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access.
CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.
CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.
CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches (2 miles down the road), an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
