The space
Thoughtfully designed with real life in mind, this home has everything you need and more. From its collaborative City Guide book, to the one-of-a-kind art made and shared by local artists weaved throughout this organic modern home. See a piece of art you like? A connection can be made between artist and Guests for purchase and take home a piece of Scottsdale for a personal collection. Feel like family, treated as a guest, this stay has endless vacation comfort and creative style.

THE HOME
Drawing you in is the freshly renovated backyard and pool. With thoughtful touches, ample lounging and dining area, enjoy a quick dip after a long hike or settle in for a day in the sun.

The Local Palm effortlessly flows with the rhythm of your stay — spacious enough to gather, refined enough to retreat. With four bedrooms, three and a half baths, start your day with a fresh espresso and eucalyptus shower, then end in the organic linens and T&N mattresses. Families with little adventure seekers can travel lighter knowing the home is equipped with everyday essentials; from pack-n-plays, running and walking strollers, high chairs, and car seats, to balance bikes, swim gear and toys for endless entertainment.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS
Spread across three levels, the home offers plenty of room for families or groups:

Upper Level: Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a primary suite with a California king bed, spa-style en-suite, and two additional bedrooms (queen + twin/twin) with a shared bath.

Main Level: Open-concept living, dining, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen. A 75” HD TV with surround sound, powder bath, and full laundry room complete the space.

Downstairs Level: Second primary suite with a California King bed, dedicated workspace and en-suite bath, a spacious family room with a Peloton, kids play area with a full loft bed—perfect for remote work, family game night or casual lounging.

THE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE
Newly renovated backyard with heated pool, outdoor TV, surround sound, BBQ grill, and covered dining and patio. Ample lounge furniture, pool toys and floats for the kids, and lawn games help create the perfect day.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The home offers use of the 2 car driveway as well as the ample street parking . You are just minutes from Scottsdale's renowned restaurants, world class shopping, and live attractions the city has to offer.

The Local Palm is owned, designed and managed by locals, Kate and Alex.

• Accommodations can be made for early check-in and/or late check-out with a *fee of $50/hr (advanced notice preferred and calendar permitting).

*We are just as excited to welcome you! The Local Palm follows refined cleaning practices along with a dedicated pre-arrival walkthrough. The fee goes directly to the team members as gratitude for accommodating the request.

Pool:
- Free! Seasonally heated, and always complimentary.
