⦿ Fully fenced backyard with 8-person hot tub, wood burning fire pit, outdoor patio, sun tanning chairs, outdoor grill and plenty of outdoor seating.

⦿ Spacious 2 bedrooms with ample storage space with large closets, dressers and nightstands with cell phone charging / USB device plug in docks.

⦿ Comfortable interior with a large, comfortable couch, flatscreen tv and additional seating and a simulated fireplace that can be used either a mood enhancer/vibe setter or as a heating feature on cool nights.

⦿ Two 50-inch Smart TVs with Streaming Apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.)

⦿ Central A/C and Heating

⦿ Fully Equipped Kitchen



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the full house during your stay with your own personalized door lock.

Hot Tub rules:



To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.

No pets of any kind or size in hot tub.

Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover.



The Neighborhood:

It's a safe neighborhood with paved roads for easy access in and out of the area.



* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a 500 USD fine for guests.



* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a 100 USD fee.



Getting Around:

The driveway can comfortably fit 4 vehicles!

AMENITIES:

We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too!



ENTRY:

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

The backyard is fully fenced and pet friendly for your furry friends. The outdoor space has a patio, hot tub, tanning chairs, fire pit and unique container pool. Plenty of picture-worthy moments for friends and family!



PARKING:

The driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 4 vehicles. According to the local town, you are not allowed to park on the street so please keep the cars in the driveway.



INTERNET:

The house has high-speed internet access. You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV.

KITCHEN:

Fully equipped Kitchen with: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils



IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and POOL:

To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool.



● We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.

● No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.

● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.

● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.

● Children must be supervised at all times.

● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub

● Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.



Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!



Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.



We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities.

◦ POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa.



◦ POOL HEATING is not available .



◦ PETS

Pre-screened dogs are welcome for an additional nonrefundable fee of $100 per pet. They must be house-trained and stay off furniture, and out of the pool and hot tub.

- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



◦ THINGS TO NOTE:

Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage

Outdoor surveillance: One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras are located inside the property or the backyard.



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.





◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee
