Finca set in lush gardens and complete privacy close to Artà. Finca Cótana is a modern and very sunny house, offering all amenities and the most beautiful surroundings with lawns, various terraces and a large pool.

Finca Cótana is located in the very quiet countryside at about 5 kilometres distance to Artà. The house is surrounded by woods and offers a real experience of nature. Artà is in the Northeast of the island and offers a picturesque old town with pedestrian zone, restaurants, the typical local coffee houses and very nice boutiques. At about 13 kilometres distance is the lively seaside resort of Cala Ratjada. The fishermen's village offers a nice harbour and a long seaside promenade with cafés and restaurants as well as various beaches. In a bit more than 20 minutes travelling distance are more beaches like Cala Bona, Canyamel and Son Serra de Marina in the oposite direction. The area around Artà offers a range of demanding tours for bikers and hikers and several golf courses.

Finca Cótana is a modern and sunny holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is lovingly decorated with a combination of modern and traditional elements. The ample and open plan living area offers a sunny lounge area with satellite television and access to the terrace, a fully fitted kitchen and a dining area. On the same floor there are two twin bedrooms sharing one bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. The beautiful master bedroom is on the first floor and fitted with a double bed. It has a bathroom en-suite and a private terrace with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning units running on a timer. (Schedule: 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hrs.)

Finca Cótana is surrounded by lush gardens and lawns within an area of woodland, a place which offers complete tranquility and privacy. On more than 3000 m² of land the property offers laws and various terraces to enjoy outside life at its best. The large pool is surrounded by sun terraces with sunny spots as well as areas enjoying the natural shade of the trees. The terraces are furnished with lounge furniture and dining tables and there is a mobile BBQ grill at the guests disposal.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
No pets please.
