Precious, recently renovated townhouse with private pool in the very heart of Pollensa's old town. Townhouse Herrera is a modern and elegant house, fitted with top of the range materials. It offers a beautiful patio with a BBQ-area and several terraces.
Townhouse Herrera is located in the centre of Pollensa's beautiful old town, not far from the pedestrian zone and the central market square. The small cobbled alleys are lined with a nice and colourful variety of shops, boutiques, cafés and restaurants. All facilities are in walking distance. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenc and the popular Pollensa golf course are all in less than 10 minutes travelling distance. The townhouse Herrera is ideal for sophisticated travellers, which are looking for a different holiday experience in urban surroundings, but not far off the beach and the mountains.
For this property car hire is not essential. There is a regular bus connection to the port Puerto Pollensa and to Cala Sant Vicente.
The area around Pollensa offers many demanding and popular routes for hikers, bikers and cyclists. Golfers can choose between several golf courses in the nearer surroundings. Pollensa bay has a wide variety of water sports facilities and is among the most appreciated surf and sailing spots of the island.
The townhouse Herrera has been renovated with great attention to details and offers the possibility to get to know another, more urban side of Mallorca. The house is located in the heart of Pollensa's old town, in a small alley and offers different living areas on 2 levels.
Upon entering the house there are a dining area and a lounge with comfortable sofas, television and DVD. A few steps are leading to the mezzanine floor with the fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and a separate storage room. The kitchen has access to the patio and the BBQ terrace over another flight of exterior stairs.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms. Two double bedrooms have a bathroom en-suite, the two twin bedrooms are sharing one bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are fitted with built-in cupboards and air-conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a balcony for two and access to the patio and pool area over an external staircase.

Town house Herrera is ideal for sophisticated travellers, who enjoy to stay in urban surroundings, without being far from the beach and the mountains.
Town house Herrera has a spectacular patio, which is beautifully lit at night. Around the pool there is enough space for six sun loungers and a comfortable lounge area. In addition there is an outdoor shower and a guest toilet in the pool house. The beautiful BBQ area, complete with a spacious worktop, sink and dining table, are the final touch to this outstanding property. There are also three more terraces: a small terrace with a table for two on the first floor and a split roof terrace, one part furnished with a table for 6 and the other part with two sun loungers and offering the most breathtaking views of the old town.
Children are welcome, one cot and a high chair are available free on request.

The old streets are not the most welcoming to traffic. However, the house has a very small garage, really helpful for loading and unloading purposes.
