Very charming village house with private pool in Caimari. The beautifully renovated and exquisitely furnished village house Artista is located in the centre of this tranquile mountain village and offers romantic garden with terraces and lawns.

The village house Artista is located in the centre of the mountain village Caimari in the Tramuntana mountains. Caimari is a small, picturesque village between the centre and the Northeast of the island. It offers various bars, shopping facilities and a number of nice restaurants, which are all in easy walking distance. The village is an ideal base to explore the island, to go hiking in the Tramuntana mountains or on one of the most challenging cycling tours via Lluc to Sóller.

Caimari is only a 10 minutes drive away from Inca, which is the third largest town of the island. It is the centre of the local leather industry and offers a large pedestrian zone with shopping facilities, cafés and a nice indoor market. Inca has a number of fine dining restaurants, ranging from traditional to exclusive and a vibrant culture scene.

The island's capital Palma de Mallorca and the bay of Alcudia with it's long, sandy beach are in about 30 minutes driving distance.

Artista is a lovingly renovated and furnished and historic village house. On the ground floor there is an open plan living and dining area with fireplace and the fully equipped cosy kitchen with a wood burning stove. Next to the kitchen is a smaller bathroom with shower. A few steps up there is a double bedroom. Further up the stairs there are two more double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom en-suite.

The house offers air conditioning throughout.

The garden of the village house Artista is very romantic, with a private pool, lawns and trees to provide natural shade. There is a large veranda with a comfortable lounge area with sofa and chairs and a dining area overlooking the garden and pool. There is also a BBQ grill.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request.
